Their portion sizes have gotten so small, it's a literal robbery. Fried lobster and popcorn shrimp had minimal servings, the artichoke dip has been reduced in size. And yet they have retained their same price! Totally not worth it!

Shrimp was not Divine. Service was slow and asked the waiter to bring salad first ? but of course, he didn't. All the food was brought at the same time. I was not happy at all.

My mom and I prefer this Red Lobster location over the others, it’s worth the drive to eat here! The waiters are consistently professional and the biscuits are consistently done just right. Whereas recently we visited the Alameda location in Aurora and it was the opposite: waiters were not as professional or friendly, the biscuits were overcooked, and our food seemed like it was hastily made. My mom said her salmon tasted much better at the Southlands location. Plus it’s less crowded at Southlands and we always get a seat immediately!PS the Southern Tails dish they have right now is **chefs kiss**, my favorite part is the Mac and cheese.

This place is just the worst!! After years prior to not going to this location I went with a friend just last night, and we got food poisoning. Knowing how horrible this place is, I went back thinking it may have changed, but it didn’t. Years ago once when Covid first happened I got a cup that looked like silverware with food all over it was sitting in it, and then served without it being washed. I had so much food particles in my cup. I instantly felt flush and then raged to the manager and only half the bill was paid for. Not even a week later I got Covid after drinking out of that cup. Literally, that cup was not washed and me not knowing after drinking out of it. You can get some really nasty diseases from using something after someone else used it. Even hepatitis. This is one of the dirtiest restaurants I’ve eaten at. I hope they close down soon.

5 Stars for the server. She was so very sweet and attentive. The atmosphere was good, I thought it was really cold in there but the restaurant was clean and appealing. 2.5 stars for the food, it was only ok. The bacon Mac and cheese was probably the best out of everything, the lobster was chewy, the steak was ok but had a huge strip of fat in the middle of it. For $135 for 2 people, I don't know that would return it recommend

The manager is very caring and attentive in this location. José was our server, and he was very nice. It was Valentines Day, it was very busy, but he always stopped by the table to make sure we were OK. And the manager did the same thing. It was my first time at this location. I will be coming back.

Food was cool It was a great customer service but the guy who is giving us the service. He had a bad smell real bad smell. Every time he approach to the table it was so disgusting because we can smell him real bad. He was great and the customer service, but every time you trying to take by are you food and he approach you have to stop eating I took my wife for Valentine day, and I was so disappointed .
