We just stopped in for a burger, glad we did. The food was tasty, the service was good. It took longer than it should have to get fries.

Great place per usual time and time again we visit the red Robin franchise..!! It's always a wait most days but as you're waiting you notice it's open tables but I don't know lol..!! Anywho the food was good the service and waiters were amazing 😍🤩 the location has so many stores around for a great shopping experience overall..!!

Parking: Plenty of parking..!!

Food was mediocre. Server was friendly but not coming back to this location. Burger & cheese were cold and poorly put together with soggy bread.

We were seated in the bar area which was great but noticed tables were not being bussed so it was dirty .
Waitress was nice but could tell she was overwhelmed and they were short handed. Took about 45 minutes to get food which was cold and the endless fries were old.
My wife ordered the bottomless root beer float which she regretted as there wasn't anyone to provide a refill.
They did end up comping our meal which was nice but wish it would have been a better experience. It had been a long time since we had been to Red Robin and this experience doesn't make me want to go back anytime soon.

Why is there not an option for a zero????
Waited 15 minutes and no one even came to our table to check on us or ask for a drink order. With three small children we have a small window of time before they become restless. But the waiteess made sure to get to her favorite patrons, walking in and immediately getting served drinks and their orders taken. We left right after and will not be back.
Oh and hopefully someone there reads this...we like to tip HEAVILY during the holidays. Bless your hearts .

Definitely would not get a chicken sandwich from this place got 2 patties that looked exactly like this not edible will not be returning everything gets overcooked from the appetizer to the entree crazy that they would be proud to serve this

This restaurant is always clean, the food and the service is fantastic. Big improvement over the last few months. The new GM Scott is doing great things with this place.

Had horrible service. Really upsetting. Had a misunderstanding about the menu and then once it was figured out we were just ignored by the rest of the staff for the next half an hour. Empty drinks for over 15 minutes no refills on the bottomless fires besides once when we arrived. I love Red Robin and love the food but this was so upsetting so be blandly ignored for the rest of my meal. Don’t even bother to ask for an to go container either for your food or refills on the fries. You’ll be ignored. Waste of money and time. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

We recently placed an online order that was mis-delivered due to a 3rd party delivery service. We called the store and got an incredibly kind, professional and amazing manager named Sophia. She made sure we got our order. She literally restored our faith not only in humanity but in the entire customer service industry. We would like to personally thank her and Red Robin for putting her in a position where she is able to make our family dinner complete. She is the type of employee you want running your restaurant one day.
