Jack runs an amazing establishment here. The service is great, the fries were kept topped up, and he showed my son the option of sweet potato fries with CARAMEL! What?! It was awesome. Really good time here and absolutely the best Red Robin in the state, bar none.Kid-friendliness: Amazing spot for kids. The manager Jack made sure my special needs son had an amazing time.

The entire carpet was stickie , sticking to shoes. Thought that was weird but other than that it was great. The server was amazing and food came out quickly and cooked just like everyone wanted it.

We were able to get in quickly. Our server was slow and it took her forever to get us drinks & Endless fries, before our meal. As it was, our drinks ran out before we were served.. she never came to check on us, after almost 20 minutes the Hostess served Our order... the food was Cold- Fries and Burger.. like it was sitting there for awhile.. I don't know about you, but I like to eat Hot Food!! Very Disappointing for this Red Robin.. Even the Mgr wasn't very helpful, he tried to say his employee was right .. Wow!! We won't be Back!

The service was friendly in the restaurant was clean. The food was called when it arrived at the table and took about 25 minutes for a burger and a milkshake, the server forgot to order my milkshake and brought it at the end of the meal.

Good food from a menu that gets renewed regularly. Very kid friendly place with patient and kind servers. Nice selection of beer for the stressed out Dads and Grandpas.Parking: The one I went to is in a mall with a Super Target as the anchor. Parking is never a problem at this mallKid-friendliness: All my grandkids like the food. The servers are patent and kind as the kids sometimes take a longer time than necessary to make up their minds. They provide crayons and drawing materials to occupy the kids which I also appreciate.

Absolutely horrendous experience. We went because we were shopping at Target and thought this would be a good meal. We showed up around 7:30 to what seemed like a ghost town. Only 2 other tables had people eating. We went in… took about 10 minutes to be sat. Once sat, the server took forever to come over. She also wasn’t very pleasant and was taking forever to check on the other tables as well.Buns came out completely old and stale. Our toddler got corn dogs that weren’t cooked and cold. Never got drink refills and she never gave us our fry refill either. So once we paid and left… we saw her sitting at a table in the back talking to her friends. No wonder she wasn’t coming around. There’s a time and place for friends and work isn’t one of them. Especially if it’s hindering you from doing your job.Won’t be returning to this Red Robin any time soon.

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at a restaurant and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. Let me start by saying that we decided to dine at this particular establishment because my daughter had received a certificate from her school for a free milkshake as a reward for her good behavior. Needless to say, she was beyond excited. However, our first interaction with our server set the tone for the rest of the meal and it was not a good one. We mentioned that we had the free milkshake certificate, only to be told that their computer systems were down and he wasn't even sure if we could use it. Seriously? This is not our problem and it's certainly not something we should be dealing with as customers. Now, I understand that technical issues can happen, especially in a service environment. But here's the thing - figure it out to the best of your ability and pivot. Try your best to minimize the impact on the customer experience and take ownership of the situation from start to finish. As expected, all our food and drinks took a while to come out. We understood the stress on the system and didn't expect refills or anything extra. However, what really bothered us was the fact that we never received the milkshake we came for.To top it all off, at some point during our meal, the server brought us a manual credit card form and asked us to fill in our orders and write down our credit card numbers. Now, I'm no expert, but isn't that part of the server's job? It made me question whether this was some sort of major Red Robin scam set up. I couldn't help but laugh at the absurdity of it all.By the end of the meal, the computer was finally working, but we had already manually filled out our own ticket for the server. And still, no milkshake. As I was inquiring about the shake, the table next to us received not one, but five milkshakes. Apparently, they had an extra one and it was delivered to them by mistake. It was disheartening to witness this, especially knowing that we came in solely for the milkshake. Finally, our waiter was forced to rectify the situation and he returned with a small to-go milkshake that was the wrong flavor. Now, I understand that Red Robin is not a fine dining establishment and I didn't have high expectations. But the complete lack of service and common sense displayed by the staff truly saddens me. If a restaurant can't manage to function when technology goes down, one can only imagine the chaos if a more critical system were to fail. It's a glimpse into the idiocracy that we may be heading towards. In conclusion, my visit to this restaurant was a disappointment on many levels. From the initial mishandling of the milkshake situation to the overall lack of service and professionalism, it left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope that the management takes note of these issues and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more positive dining experience for future customers.

The management set the wait staff up for failure. Only two servers to look after the entire restaurant during an elementary school fund raiser. We were there an hour and finally left because we still hadn't gotten our food. The manager never came out to help the poor high school kids trying to keep up with everyone. He also didn't bother to talk to the patrons about what was going on.The kid trying to serve us was doing his best but, sheesh!! he could only do so much without any help
