I ordered a baleada special, and received a regular one at the same price and when I called to get my reimbursed, they only said that they’re sorry. They didn’t even hesitate to talk about the reimburse.

Went to eat here today and received the worst service ever! Husband didn't even eat because they forgot to cook his food!!? How does that work! Waiting over an hour and a half and you forgot to cook his food? Still have the nerve to ask if we wanted it softer everyone was done eating. I go and ask for a to go box and the girls there dancing in the kitchen? No wonder they forgot to make his food.
Won't be coming back here! Para el dueño, por favor asegúrese que sus empleadas atiendan bien a sus clientes y que no olviden lo que se ordena. Aunque no se entiende como si no estaba ocupado y anotan todo… tengo años de ir aquí pero en mi vida volveré a ir.

Most of the time there is something wrong with the food. I usually order pollo con tajadas. Many times the chicken is burnt, rubbery or you get no chicken at all just fried chicken skin.

I have it several years ago for the first time and thought at the time it was pretty good. With the years the quality is way down and the food from this place is terrible now.

Wont be ordering again from this place, many other restaurants that sell the same or similar and do it way better. Dont come to this place.

Today we went to eat there and we ordered chicken with slices and a spaghetti and a baleada and the slices were terrible it looked like they had been taken out of a bag and thrown into the fryer and the spaghetti looked like they had been there for days and they just reheated them in the microwave everything was horrible we left there with a horrible disgust I don't recommend you go there the atmosphere is horrible boring 🥱 and since they serve it there we reluctantly left almost all the food We couldn't continue eating that and apart from the fact that it's too expensive to pay for a pittance of disgusting food, anyway, TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE EVERYTHING, DON'T GO THERE YOU CAN GET SICK, we lost money for nothing, WE FELT SCAMMED and another thing, the cutlery they give there with plastic, what a shame, how can they give plastic ones? It seems like they don't even like to wash the dishes and there were some dirty tables.

I just ordered on Uber Eats and what a disappointment, I feel scammed. Super salty food and the roast chicken is just burnt bone since I didn't get a piece of meat. They must improve in all aspects.
