Delicious food, and the staff were so kind and helpful! I highly recommend the tabaldi drink and, if you can eat peanuts and like your food with a nice, balanced spicy kick, the chicken agashi was wonderful!
First time trying Sudanese food and I had a terrific experience. The kind woman at the counter helped me choose a dish, the lamb, which ended up being delicious. The lamb was served over rice which had tons of flavor and made me want more. I also ordered Sudanese baklava and it was delicate and sweet. She also threw in a free hibiscus drink that was a pleasant surprise. I cannot wait to go back and try more.
This place was wonderful. We had a chicken rice plate, liver rice plate, mango drinks, baklava, and cookies. It was all great, but the liver was the best surprise. Liver is one of the few foods I can barely stand to eat…but the owner brought some out for me to try and it ended up being my favorite dish in the place…and we ordered something from all the great establishments at Mango House.
