Food was excellent, true bbq! Had the pulled pork plate, brisket sandwich and Mac and cheese with burnt ends.

The bbq was just okay. I felt like they’ve lost a step - it’s fine but there are better bbq places in Denver.

Great food, friendly employees and very helpful. Fries are well seasoned and so good. Worth the price and will definitely go again to try more.

I ordered the hot link sandwich. No mayo, no toppings, about 5 half’s of a hot link on a bun. I also got a side of cole slaw which was an extra charge. I added that to my sandwich. It wasn’t terrible but I did not enjoy my meal. I don’t know what is missing but hot links on a dry bun with nothing else is lazy and amateur. The total was $16. Front counter worker seemed unhappy with life.

Amazing! I could go about how the burnt ends were perfect. The Mac and Cheese was even above the expectations, but what blew me away was the personal service. Rolling Smoke went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Overpriced , for mediocre sides. Potato salad has zero mustard, and coleslaw has zero flavor. Needs an acid to enhance it like vinegar. Brisket was dry but enhanced with spicy bbq sauce, and spicy mustard.
Brisket is pretty damn solid!
24 or 25 dollars.

Yes, they have burnt ends, and the food is consistently good. We drive all the way from Broomfield to get this BBQ

The audacity of 4.2 stars! Way too low. In a city that almost seems to specialize in average BBQ this is easily one of the better choices. I've had a fair share of competition barbecue and Rolling Smoke meets all the right criteria - consistent & quality meat, excellent flavor, great sides, friendly service. My beans weren't quite as hot as my Mac and cheese but if those are the details you're caught up in then the BBQ life might not be for you. It may not be a standalone wood laden spot with a banjo and all that but good Q is good Q man. Dont over think it. 5 stars!

Finally!! A great BBQ joint in Colorado! After living in Kansas City and having great BBQ all over the city, it's been a journey living back in Colorado. I highly recommend Rolling Smoke BBQ! Especially their burnt ends and spicy BBQ sauce! Top notch!

Hands down the best brisket I’ve ever had for this price range, and the best I’ve had anywhere in Denver. Their pork is decent too. The baked beans are also really good like the best I’ve ever had so yummy. They have free water and good sauces. I would definitely recommend.
