Very good bagels and experience. High priced for what you get.
This spot used to be the place to get a bagel sandwich. Last time I went in, the cashier was on a cell phone, while I waited. Past three times I've gone in, I've had shells in my darn sandwich... It ridiculous. Such a shame, because it used to be so good.

I think I was overcharged today. A bagel with hatch chili cream cheese and an iced tea/lemonade was over $13! If the bagel is $3 and the drink is $4, how much is a schmear of cream cheese if a whole tub is $4? I like the food but if this price was correct, I’m never going back (even if the owners are Phish phans).
as much as I love a bagel (new york native here) this company supports a bill that would cutt wages of some workers by $4 dollars an hour. this is a bill that effects them as a business and I can't rightfully support them as they dont want to pay it's workers a living wage.
any company who's business model relies on taking advantage of it's workers is welcome to close it's doors.
recent post on the internet talk about how nice the owner is ect and that he's trying to keep it afloat not be greedy... I'll say it agin, if the business can't stay afloat w.o paying it's employees the 4 dollars an hour they rightfully deserve, and are already making then they need to close...

Great bagels, but very understaffed. It took more than 20 minutes for my bagel with egg. Workers were stressed, rushing and backed up with pick up orders. This is how it is there about half the time we visit. Even if I plan for extra time lost, it's stressful seeing the staff so stressed.

Best breakfast bagel in Denver. Try the egg, meat, cheese sandwich with the egg over easy. : )
It's runny and messy but will make your palate and tummy very happy.

Used to be great. Definitely gone down hill lately. Last couple times I've asked for no ketchup and they keep adding it. Didn't think I needed to keep checking the food after it's handed to me but it's either that or just stop going. There were also egg shells in the egg so...

Honestly impressive that a bagel place in Aurora has been able to get away with 4+ stars while having smaller portions for almost twice the cost as places in *New York City*.

Way too much fat on both of our corned beef sandwiches. Charged for deli mustard on my sandwich! I've not ever seen that before. They toasted the rye bread without asking. I would have preferred untrusted. Better choices in Denver.

I used to like coming here as one of my favorite bagel spots in the area. Unfortunately they have priced themselves out for me and with their recent price increase this will be the last time I will be eating here. 6oz (weighed) cream cheese in an 8oz container, $20 for a bagel sandwich that skimps on the cream cheese, I just can’t do it anymore. Staff is always friendly so it’s not their fault but $50+ for some bagel sandwiches for my family of three is outrageous.

I love Rosenberg's. But, it's pretty sad when I walk in to a mostly empty restaurant and the lady at the counter tells me they took too many online orders and it'll be a really long time til I get my food and I should probably go somewhere else. I did.
This place charges over $7 for orange juice. This is criminal in my opinion and the owners should be ashamed of themselves. Also their latkes are way too salty and they don't allow for you to make pick up orders over the phone or add alterations to your online orders, which has to be one of the more inexplicably dumb business decisions I have come across. I used to go here all the time until I came to my senses.
Used to be great, I mean really, really great. There’s been a noticeable decline over the last several years, but today I went in to give it another shot and WOW. And I mean WOW. $7 and some change got me a pumpernickel everything bagel with scallion cream cheese. Sure, a bit pricey, but if it’s good I can look past that. The bagel had about 20 total seeds on it, rendering it more of pumpernickel bagel than what it was supposed to be. The $4-upcharge scallion cc had about 3 slivers of scallions in it.
What was one of the best, has relegated itself to below Einstein level quality. What a shame.

Ordered 10mins before picking up and while flavors and ingredients were actually quite good, the bagels and additional latka were fridge cold. Just kinda ruined the experience. Not sure how a bagel is cold at 930 in the morning, so assume they were old which is also disappointing. Hard to want to come back with DBC right there instead.
I already love this place so I’m a little bias. I go for the sturgeon blt a few times a month, it’s always good and the staff are always delightful. But this time around the crew really went out of their way to accommodate me. I ordered an Irish coffee last time and it was served hot so I assumed that’s how they usually come. Well I suppose they are cold so I got a cold one this time around. I hate sending stuff back but really wanted a hot Irish coffee in the cold while I read my book. So I got bold and asked if they could change it. It was a lot of extra work since they were in the process of closing up for the day but they insisted and got me a hot one. I’m so embarrassed for all the trouble lol but so grateful to the staff that took care of me. Enjoyed my drink the way I wanted on my day off and had a wonderful lunch!
