Their products are good just like any other Russian store but the girl that works the register I think her name is Christina has a serious attitude problem we come in and spend around $200 every other week she gave us a bag that ripped when we asked for another bag because the bag ripped with an attitude she said do you have $.10 I said are you seriously worried about $.10 when I come in and spend all this money here she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I’m thinking to myself I didn’t even want a free bag. I just wanted a replacement of a plastic bag that ripped while she was putting stuff in it and to lose a loyal customer over something so small is mind-boggling to me. The customer service here is absolutely terrible. There are plenty of other Russian stores in town. I think I will be visiting those instead from now on. I’m most definitely done spending money here if I’m going to be treated like this

I really used to like this place, but after being treated so poorly by the cashier, she’s the heavyset girl with the long face for several years, I don’t want to come here anymore. I would rather drive further out of my way to go to a different Eastern European store where simple customer service is not too much to ask for.

Big variety of European foods. Amazing shish kebabs. Huge variety of ready to eat salads. Freshly baked breads. Sea food is also available. Delicious baking goods. Huge variety of cheese and meats. Even though its a far drive for me (35 min), I still go there because I know when I'm there i will not leave empty handed because everything is delicious. I definatelly trust those people preparing my food. New remodel, everything looks modern. I love the new layout makes my shopping trip even more convenient then ever.

There is a plump girl working at the checkout, no matter how much I come in, hello or bye, I always have an irritated face, I always go to another Russian store that is further away than Royal, I don’t go there on a regular basis precisely because of her! Rude, disrespectful, always without a smile, the other girls in the store are wonderful, and they will pack ready-made food in bags so that nothing spills, but this one says: we have bags hanging over there, take them yourself. I won’t come to this store again, I’d rather drive further away and leave the store in a good mood than watch this face without a smile, without a greeting!
