The selection here is decent. Not too great. There are much better ones in Denver. But, the prepared food is very tasty and their breads are great tbh. You can get your staple items here for sure. The only thing that bothers me is one of the employees that seems to hate to work there. She is mean, and I'm from a country that is known to have mean people working in retail. She is just always unhappy and seems frustrated. She makes you feel bad for asking stuff too. Sometimes it seems like she is the only one working at that place, so I can see why she might be overwhelmed. But come on. I understand it is pretty common where she is from to be this mean (actually no, it is not common. We are made to believe it is) but you can't behave this way here in the US.

Their products are good just like any other Russian store but the girl that works the register I think her name is Christina has a serious attitude problem we come in and spend around $200 every other week she gave us a bag that ripped when we asked for another bag because the bag ripped with an attitude she said do you have $.10 I said are you seriously worried about $.10 when I come in and spend all this money here she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I’m thinking to myself I didn’t even want a free bag. I just wanted a replacement of a plastic bag that ripped while she was putting stuff in it and to lose a loyal customer over something so small is mind-boggling to me. The customer service here is absolutely terrible. There are plenty of other Russian stores in town. I think I will be visiting those instead from now on. I’m most definitely done spending money here if I’m going to be treated like this

I really used to like this place, but after being treated so poorly by the cashier, she’s the heavyset girl with the long face for several years, I don’t want to come here anymore. I would rather drive further out of my way to go to a different Eastern European store where simple customer service is not too much to ask for.

And in fact, they have the weekend, but you can only find out by arriving at the place and reading it on a piece of paper ON THE DOOR! Be careful and do not trust the information about this store indicated on the websites.
