We usually get Pho takeout from this place. We got Pho from here last night and my husband woke up puking his guts out and also has severe stomach upset. My stomach is also upset today. We will probably will not be eating here again.

Really good pho, enjoyed the extra fatty bone rib add on. Egg rolls were excellent and different then I every had. The broth really good, plenty of flavor and decent portions. Will definitely come back.

The staff were helpful and accommodating. For the amount that we had to pay, and that we dined in the actual restaurant, I was VERY disappointed that we had to eat with plastic utensils as well as ask for (& pay for) the cilantro and mint that used to be included as ingredients in the bowl of the meal. The plastic utensils made it difficult to get a well-rounded bite of food that included all, or at least the majority, of the ingredients in the bowl. It's understandable that they went to plastic eating utensils during the pandemic however, it's been over for a while. It would be nice to eat with regular utensils when dining in the restaurant. The food was delicious. ?

I have came here a total of 3-4 times. The food is usually good, however I will no longer come here for this one reason. I ordered a side of egg rolls that is usually 4 egg rolls, 6 max. After I paid I saw the $17 bucks on my receipt. I checked the menu and saw the appetizer for $12 and asked about it. She insisted that what I inquired about what I paid for just to be given 12 pieces of egg rolls. They lost a customer for a few extra bucks. I don’t like being tricked into spending more for additional quantity I didn’t ask for.

Ordered the tofu vegetable Pho. The broth was pretty good but the tofu definitely needed to dry more before being fried. The middle was far to moist.

I've eaten Vietnamese spring rolls and pork vermicelli all over the country. This is good food with generous portions, the restaurant smell had my mouth watering as I walked up to the building, and the service is great. I'd be a regular if I lived nearby, but darn it, I'm not.
Anyway Saigon Bistro, thanks for the memories. :)
Dietary restrictions: Their crispy egg rolls are made from rice paper. For gluten free folks, it's a great bonus.

I had my graduation dinner here and the food was top tier. Service was fast and friendly. We had family style dishes like spring rolls and hot pot which were so filling. If you aren’t weirded out by snails their coconut snails are my favorite, you can’t find many restaurants that sell this authentic dish in Colorado. Definitely check them out if you want delicious Vietnamese food.
