Nice place to eat. Food is good. Lots of parking. I got the coconut curry chicken soup with steamed rice and egg rolls. Delicious. Ample parking. They have gluten-free options.Vegetarian options: Lots of steamed veggie options and soups

5 stars from this Vietnamese American- Saigon Bistro is the real deal. Most fragrant and delicious and hot pho broth in town with all the freshest fix-in's, spring rolls fresh and made to order, Vietnamese coffee traditionally assembled. Service outstanding, attentive but not overbearing. Kind and generous. Chill spot, clean and spacious seating. Next to Great wall supermarket, this place is not to be missed.

My wife and I were in Aurora today and we were craving for some Vietnamese food for dinner. We decided to check out Saigon Bistro for the first time. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly staff right away. Their dining area has a nice ambiance. Their menu items have pretty good selections with pictures. My wife ordered their Pho soup and I ordered the Combination rice plate. Ww both enjoyed our dinner. Both were very delicious. All the waitresses were friendly, professional and attentive. This is our first time here and it won't be the last. We will definitely come here for lunch or dinner again. This place is amazing. Thank you doe the delicious food and great service.

I ordered via doordash so I am not sure of any restaurant specific things. When I got my food - it was still hot and everything was as ordered. I got the small beef meatball pho and the spring rolls to start. I had click to add Siracha and hoisin sauce which was extra. I got two small containers already set with a ratio of each. My ratio would've been less Siracha and more hoisin. Not sure why they just didn't get them separated. The Small size was plenty for me especially since i had the spring rolls first. The peanut sauce was a little too liquid-y and tasted a little off to what I prefer but the spring rolls were fresh.
