I’ve been to many a Sam’s Club. Truth is, they are pretty much all the same. Yet, I have to say that the staff here is extra helpful. Thanks for always being awesome human beings.

My experience keeps getting worse every time I visit this location. Today it was an absolute zoo inside. 1st the lady checking Sam's Club member cards at the front door lets two people in before me without checking and the hounds me for mine. Next, the scanner guns at self-checkout lines are always falling off the holder. Its been like this for years. How hard is it to tighten a few bolts?!? And finally the gal checking receipts is using a cell phone that doesn't even work so she wants me to drop what I'm carrying and get out my membership. I refused and walked out as I don't have time for this crap. I'm trying to avoid going to this location because everything is just so bad. And the management doesn't seem to care because it never changes. Get your act together.

Went there today and witnessed grown adults picking on a little girl because she was holding up the line. Her card that her mom gave her to pay for 2 items didn't have enough to pay. She thought at first that she was doing something wrong checking out. These grown adults told her to get out of way while she was trying to get an associate to help. Poor thing broke down in tears. I went after her to see if she was okay and help her. I gave her some cash and went back in line. I found a shorter line but it didn't take cash so I paid with my credit card. Told her to keep the cash for herself. It was total chaos there when I went in. People were rude and just awful while I shopped there. Where is the compassion for others? Need to find another Sam's where people aren't so hateful and ugly.

Total incompetence at the “Customer Service” desk. I use to do that job and the level of incompetence was palpable. I got so frustrated I did NOT renew my membership, picked up my card and walked out. I was upgrading my membership too. Idiots. And when you put ppl in that position, it would be nice if they could speak English on at least at a minimum level.

I have gotten my kids birthday cakes and cupcakes here for several years. After spending a ridiculous amount of money on gourmet cakes that were dry I realized kids don't care if it is a fancy cake. Our favorite flavor is cookies and cream. The whipped icing is fluffy and delicious. The bakery has always been kind to give me character rings to go on the cupcakes. Honestly, you can't beat the price anywhere. Solid option for a large quantity of cupcakes or cakes that have a great flavor and moist cake for the price.

Sam's says free shipping for plus members but why do you charge more for the same item when I add it to my cart online if I have it shipped than if I pick it up at the store?
