This Sam’s is always crowded. Always!!!!!!!!No carts are ever available and the store is unorganized. On top of that the workers are rude and unhelpful. When my membership ends I’m moving to Costco.

I had a problem with an order to be delivered this morning between 7 and 8 am. the company they use for these deliveries picked up my order at 7:15 but returned my things back to the store with no explanation. I contacted customer service for help on line and was told I had to contact the store. when I called the person who answered was un able to help me especially when I was unable to tell him who the delivery company was....um I ordered through Sam's Club app on my phone I have no information regarding who is the delivery company. after going around and around he finally got me on touch with Austin. Austin was sorry I did not have my order and was trying to get another driver out with my groceries, but, apparently no one from the delivery company would respond. After waiting over sn hour I called again and the girl who answered started to give me the sane run around about who was the delivery company...I stopped her and told her to transfer me to Austin. when he heard I still had not gotten my order he contacted his supervisor to figure out what to do. meanwhile my son arrived to get my credit for the delivery charges and I told him just have my son bring it home. Apparently Austin had a very rough morning but still tried to go above and beyond to appease a very upset customer. just wanted you all to know

All Sam Club's have the worst customer service in Colorado (have had betterexperience out of state). I shop here and will. Unfortunately continue too because of my business.

I’ve been to many a Sam’s Club. Truth is, they are pretty much all the same. Yet, I have to say that the staff here is extra helpful. Thanks for always being awesome human beings.

My experience keeps getting worse every time I visit this location. Today it was an absolute zoo inside. 1st the lady checking Sam's Club member cards at the front door lets two people in before me without checking and the hounds me for mine. Next, the scanner guns at self-checkout lines are always falling off the holder. Its been like this for years. How hard is it to tighten a few bolts?!? And finally the gal checking receipts is using a cell phone that doesn't even work so she wants me to drop what I'm carrying and get out my membership. I refused and walked out as I don't have time for this crap. I'm trying to avoid going to this location because everything is just so bad. And the management doesn't seem to care because it never changes. Get your act together.
