This shop is amazing. The meat looks incredible, and has to ready to cook, smoke , grill all weekend. The prices are extremely fair, and the selection is amazing. I drove 35 minutes to get there, and will do it again in a heartbeat. The filet mignon we bought there were amazing.
Best meat market in CO. The best quality meat by far. They also have the best seafood selection, and they have a huge wild game and exotic section as well. Make sure to pull a number when you go in as that’s how they help you out.
Cool deli with a huge selection of meats you won't find anywhere else. I stopped by for the first time today and enjoyed browsing the selection they had.
Unfortunately, their system for service is to take a ticket and then chaos from there. There's quite a few counters separated by a large distance. I'm not sure if you order at each or need to memorize what you want and then go to the cash register. Will try to stop by again when I have 30-45...
