Food Poisoning. Have reported Food borne illness contact to Arapahoe Health.

Everything was obviously from frozen. The veggies had no flavor. We threw our food out. It was so bad. Can anyone in the entire area make decent Japanese food????

Ordered the chicken teriyaki with extra chicken and a drink. All of this was just under 15 bucks, and the order was ready in less than 5 minutes

I should’ve checked my food but omg what is this? There’s no chicken at all so I’m filling myself with carbs. I’m so disappointed. Please do not come here.

Just the Aurora mall but the food was clearly all frozen and mushy. Didn't feel great after eating here either, for the cost of what I paid here I could have just gotten panda express or something much better.

I drive 30 minutes to pick up food. For them to run out of chicken like 5 people in front of me and just say oops sorry . An hour drive for nothing thanks

The bento consisted of a beef teriyaki with your choice of either plain or fried rice, sushi and dumplings.!

Weekday lunch and constant lines of people. My wait was about 5 minutes after ordering/paying.

I definitely will be back.

Way to much peanut oil used in the fried rice. Their soy sauce they offer is way too salty. They're dumplings are only so so, and very small. Maybe I've been spoiled on actual Japanese food, but this was not even close.

The lady at the register was friendly with a smile, offering sauces that may or may not be needed automatically.

The atmosphere is what you'd expect at a mall. Loud and crowded. Age is not a thing here, shop you have elderly, teenagers, and families with babies. Be prepared for noise.

Overall, if you haven't trained your taste buds to the good stuff, this is an okay meal that will fill you up.

I ordered beef and extra chicken noodle teriyaki and the chicken was missing, it barely had any beef, and the noodles were stale. Everything just horrible.
