Seasoned Swine is great BBQ restaurant. Great menu. The BBQ is really good. I usually just get a platter so I get a taste of everything. Highly recommend

This BBQ is AMAZING! Idk how they make their mac and cheese but it is the creamiest I’ve ever had. The green chile mac and cheese is amazing- we are from New Mexico so we are pretty hard judges on green chile- but this was amazing, flavorful chopped chiles. The meat is also great, and it’s a local spot instead of a big chain which is great.

I am so disappointed in the meal that was delivered to my home. When I pay seventy eight dollars for a meal, It should be halfway decent. This meal didn't even come close to being decent. The ribs are so hard I can't even cut through them. Don't even what try them. The burnt ends are dry and when I say dry they are desert like dry. I know. Burnt ends are the end of the meat. They've cooked longer, but i've never had such tough dry burt ends. I am so disappointed.I haven't even tried the sides yet. I literally just wanna cry because I wanted some tasty barbecue. Based on the reviews I read that is what should have been delivered. My food looks nothing loke the posts from others foodies. I already had a nasty bacon sandwich, so I was hopeful that the barbecue would replace the disappointment in the bacon sandwich. Signed, still hungry and out of tears.

Tried a burnt end that was soft
Good flavor. Tried a bite of the rib and it is crunchy and I am still chewing it. Potatoe salad is creamy.

I am not a huge fan of BBQ because many times people use too much smoke for my taste. These guys did pretty good. The wings had just the right kick. The burnt Ed's were good. I didn't eat the sandwich. My husband said it was good. A little pricey. Everything seems to be that way.

Must try spot! ? St. LOUIS style ribs smoked with cherry wood, flavors from their house rub and candied style ribs were fall off the bone. The star was the burnt ends..i could of eaten a pound by myself. Pulled pork and the brisket were tender we added their house bbq sauce for the win!

Pulled pork's great, brisket's great, burnt ends are the best I've tried outside of Kansas City. I can't speak to anything else as I haven't tried them but I highly recommend those three items.

Moved here from a small town in Oklahoma and it's been an ongoing joke for 5 years that the only cuisine my husband and I left behind was good barbecue. We found Seasoned Swine today and decided to give it another try (Candied Ribs and Meathead sandwich). FINALLY, A PLACE THAT KNOWS HOW TO COOK RIBS. We will definitely be back.

We brought my husband here today for Father’s Day bbq lunch, his favorite. We’re easy to please bbq lovers but this was EXCEPTIONAL. I always think the service can make or break an experience and the two employees working today were top notch. They were happy and confident to offer suggestions and were extremely accommodating and kind to our children (5&8) who LOVEDDD the house bbq sauce and the tomatillo salsa. Which brings me to my next point, if you are simply looking for a tomatillo salsa….THIS IS THE PLACE. We tried several offerings, the brisket sandwich, the pork sandwich (my kids were obsessed), ribs, wings, burnt ends, green chili Mac, spicy slaw, fries, and of course the burnt ends. O and the banana pudding. It was such an incredible meal, a great experience, made great leftovers for supper and we absolutely will be back!!!
