You can’t talk about authentic K-food without going to Seoul BBQ & Hotpot in Colorado. Seoul BBQ is a must visit place for Korean food in the Denver area. I usually take guests there because it has a luxurious atmosphere and private rooms for special gatherings. Their Korean table BBQ feels just like being in Korea, and the hot pot is always fresh with plenty of variety - which is something I always care about when choosing a hot pot place. The servers are friendly and considerate. Definitely worth a visit!

My family opted for the hot pot! Fast and friendly service, amazing variety of soup bases. The sauce, veggie, noodle, fish cake, and seafood bars were wonderful! Organized and maintained! Bathrooms clean! Only thing I personally did not prefer was the “in table” hot pot that has the bowl site lower than the table top! HOWEVER that will not stop me from returning and enjoying everything else !

It was so fun to do your own hot pot soup cooking. Great place for a mix of meat, veggies, and noodles. Definitely cooking and making your own dish but it is a fun experience and was pretty easy once you figure out how to use everything.

Kimchi Fried Rice w/Pork was a palate explosion with the kimchi, fish sauce, and savory pork. Fluffy scrambled eggs within the dish was a great addition. Peas and carrots were a first for kimchi fried rice dish. Overall recommend Kimchi Fried Rice with added meat.
Dolpan Bibimbap w/ Pork Bulgogi was delicious and rice at the bottom crispy. Sautéed shiitake mushrooms were super flavorful too. Dish paired fantastic with banchan!
Spicy Beef Bulgogi If you have the kitchen cook it, ask to have it cut up. Ssamjang was flavorful and paired well with the Spicy Bulgogi (not spicy). Mu Guk was deliciously light and radish delicately cooked. Banchan selections were delicious overall. We did miss the Sigeumchi-namul. Mac salad and sausage could have been off the banchan list. Pa Muchim (Scallion Salad) was good, but would have liked a bit more dressing. Choregi (lettuce salad & sesame dressing) was fresh and delightful. Ssam (romaine lettuce & sesame leaves) was the only thing missing to make our meal complete.
Friendly staff, attentive waitress provided great service, and nice atmosphere.
