Order two drinks and two burritos. Paid $25. I feel like this is a little bit too expensive for a 6- 8 oz hot coffee and some food. I ordered a chorizo burrito. And it was just reheated mush and potatoes inside. Not very appetizing. Which is unfortunate because I really used to love this place. But the prices are getting too out of control.

Sertino’s is one of my favorite coffee shops. It has a local, comfortable vibe. They have great coffee and chai, as well as smoothies, pastries and ice cream. It’s a great place for a casual business meeting or to meet a friend for coffee.

Gosh. I’m torn. I wanted this to be a cute local coffee shop. The chairs are stained. The Mango smoothie had ice and purée. Yuck. Friend had an iced mocha and it was very bland. I’ll give it another try. But kind of bummed.

I enjoyed this place. The ambience was nice and comfy. Lots of handmade artistic pieces on the walls, a fireplace, a seating area separate from the queue... very pleasant. The black cherry latte I had was brilliant, although maybe a tad sweet. This is a spot is recommend to anyone.

I’ll start with the good. My mom loved her smoothie and food was good, That’s where it ended for us. I must of came in on the wrong day and this is my first time here. Almost everyone looked like they rolled out of bed and came to work in pjs and everyone with hair down, if your making coffee I guess but at least pick it up when your making food. They forgot to make my moms sandwich so they gave her a card with free coffee that was nice. My coffee wasn’t made properly even though it was taken down right and written on the cup. Some of the girls didn’t even look like or sounded like they wanted to be here or they had rbf either way not necessarily my jam.

Must be a bunch of paid reviews here, 1st time here, experience was subpar, stood at counter for some time without being acknowledged, which is fine if the batista was super busy, but wasn't, literally stood in front of me avoiding eye contact until she decided she wanted to do otherwise. Same batista seemed to have an attitude out the gate, and you could blame this on my bad attitude off the bat if you were so inclined but that's also, not the case. Spoke so quietly i struggled to hear her from feet away Took no name on order, each separate item was delivered to order pickup side separately and announced so quietly and indirectly that everyone seemed a bit confused as to exactly what was what. Macchiato tasted like water, burrito was good, overall, poor customer service in my opinion, coffee wasn't great. Playing NF paralyzed in the background. Odd choice for "atmosphere" but don't get me wrong, I like the song just a little depressing....

I love this place for many reasons. 1. They have a huge selection of milks and syrups. They even have over 10 sugar free syrups to choose from if you're into that. 2. There food is always really good. 3. They have board games, to make for a cute and inexpensive date. 4. They also have plugs and wifi if you want to go and work in a chill environment. 5. It's not noisey. 6. THE STAFF IS SO FRIENDLY and they have a punch card loyalty program. What's not to love?

Cool place to stop in for some caffeine. Coffee and atmosphere are fantastic. Food was a bit of a let down as the burrito fillings were soggy and wet. Lunch options looked good, but they don't serve lunch food until 11 am.

Sertino's doesn't disappoint!I ordered my usual latte and my boyfriend tried something different (we don't know what a VooDoo drink is, but my boyfriend ordered it lol). My boyfriend also got a bagel sandwich and scarfed it down, saying it was so so good. My tip: ask what a drink or food item is or has in it before ordering and then be sure to customize it to your liking or tell the employees what you're in the mood for and they will tell you what drink you should lean towards ? Their employees are some of the best around!

Best. Affogato. Ever. I asked the barista for her recommendation and she suggested the coconut cream ice cream for the affogato. I was skeptical, but it was incredible. You get coconut flakes with each bite! I can't wait to go back, especially in the summer, for this drink. My boyfriend got a London fog and I recall him really enjoying it.
