Love coming to this place for boba in the area. They give you the option to adjust your sweetness levels which is great that they offer that option immediately when you order. It’s in a plaza with the 5below and a few other businesses. Boba is always fresh and cooked right.

Ordered brown sugar tea with brown sugar boba. Lady said they were out but the smaller ones were the same, they taste slimy and it ruined the tea.

I used live in this area so I always like to go grap a boba before work . The people are nice and patient there . QQ happy family and grape passion fruit tea are my favorite! My friend like their mango milk green tea .

I ordered 4- classic brew black teas and received the wrong order. I always order the same classic brew black tea so I know what it should look like.To be fair, I tasted the ones I was given and it was not the same classic brew black tea.I asked the employee who told me that black tea turns light brown when its cold. I reminded him that I always order classic black tea and it's always black. I told him I was pretty sure there was milk in it.He just stayed sitting at the table on his phone. He did not offer to remake them nor give me a refund.Worst service!
If I could a one star review I would. We were nice enough to come in to ask for an exchange on my bf’s drink… but the manager/owner or whoever she is, was rude! She called him picky to his face. When all he asked was for an exchange..she took the drink to the back for who knows what, came back and said he was picky. Not only was the boba all slimy and so soft that it fell apart but the drink was super sweet! I’ve had it before and this location was by far the worse. Do not come here

I ordered a coffee crema with ice cream and tapioca pearls, and was unsatisfied with the texture of the pearls. When I asked for an exchange due to the quality of the drink, the owner took my drink, tried it in the back, and came back out and called me “picky”. Terrible customer service.

Stopped by today (Saturday) at 5pm and they're closed. No explanation on the door either. Love the drinks here, would just appreciate either more accurate hours or at least a sign explanating why you're closed.

The past 3 times I came here, they did not have boba. It’s pretty frustrating that they aren’t constantly making boba. I even called to make sure they had some & when i showed up they didn’t have enough.
