I felt exactly what the other person said. The owner's brother (someone said) was very rude to his customers, showing a bad face. I am baffled as to the source of this hatred—whether it stems from racism or universality—since I observed him make an effort to be kind to certain individuals. I went there to buy something, and I came back disrespected.
