Tulu the cashier, if not the owner,is the most disrespectful person to his customer. I have never had a bad customer service before like this. He is so rude and made faces and exude his hatred towards people buying his merchandises.

I always feel a tad uncomfortable in new places where I am the odd person out, this place ALWAYS has smiles and friendly "hellos". I come here for the Injera bread, the vast array of premade Ethiopian spice blends and the good variety of lentils. I have even picked up pure honey still in the comb. The only suggestion I can make is to have more fresh produce that is used in Ethiopian cooking such as ginger, garlic, cabbage, etc., this would make it more of a one stop shop.(Edit for spelling)

Excellent place to get spices, flour, and fresh meats. These guys are great!
The most outrageous business that mistreats customers based on the persons origin. The salesmen at the cash register even calls names. I wonder where they got such rudeness and bad business ethics. I will never be to their shop no matter what.

Have been to 2 other similar establishments and I would say they have more and better varieties of products. The store layout is not cramped that going thru aisles is not difficult even with their shopping ?.Best of all, I was given a very friendly and warm treatment as I was checking out.The staff (I think 1 was the owner.) were so friendly and welcoming to a new customer like me.Granted, a new customer is a prospective returning customer, still, Customer Service is tops whatever way a customer looks at it. ?Located in an area with other businesses and parking is available and free.
