I’ve been coming to Silla Restaurant for many years, and it has always been consistently excellent. Galbi, bossam, and cold noodles have long been reliable choices here. But today, something genuinely stood out.

The flavors felt elevated—deeper, richer, and more refined than ever before. The galbi was perfectly balanced, tender, and full of that classic Korean depth. The bossam was clean, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. But what truly surprised me was the cold noodles.

The naengmyeon tasted noticeably more premium and authentic—the broth was richer, the balance sharper, and the texture spot-on. Every bite felt intentional and expertly done. Having lived in Korea, I have high standards for dishes like galbi and cold noodles, and this meal absolutely met (and exceeded) them.

It felt like the kitchen leveled up. The food today wasn’t just good—it was phenomenal. If you’ve been here before, it’s worth coming back. And if you haven’t, this is the kind of place that reminds you what truly great Korean food should taste like.

I had naengmyeon here 2 weeks ago, but today’s was on another level.
The cucumber and radish were incredibly crisp, and the broth was much deeper and more flavorful.
An absolutely amazing bowl, everything was perfect.👍

I visited this restaurant a month ago for their naengmyeon, and I remember enjoying it. But when I came back today, the naengmyeon tasted like it was on a whole different level.
It was absolutely out of this world.
The texture of the cucumber and radish toppings had changed completely — they were incredibly crisp and refreshing, adding the perfect crunch to every bite. The broth was noticeably deeper and richer in flavor, with a complexity that made each spoonful unforgettable.
It was truly a magical, almost heavenly experience. I can confidently say it was one of the best bowls of naengmyeon I’ve ever had.

Everything was really delicious! The galbi was tender and flavorful, and the mandu were packed with tasty filling. The samgyeopsal was juicy and savory. The cold noodles were refreshing and light, and the spicy fish stew was actually not spicy at all — soft and mild. I was very satisfied with everything!
