Frequent this brewery relatively often. Always seems to have a peaceful vibe with the people who show up here at the bar, good bbq, sides are pretty good as well. We’ve been going there for a couple years now because their nachos, in my opinion, are the best in town. Tonight we got wings in addition to the nachos, and quite honestly the best wings we’ve had in town too (good juicy meat, perfectly crispy on the outside, and dry rub with the hoisin crack sauce was amazing). Service is always pretty quick, and it’s a great little causal spot.
Good BBQ can be difficult to find in Colorado. Six Cap is a pretty good way to get it.
The beer here is not wildly adventurous, and that is a huge plus! They aren’t wasting their time making Peach Mtn Dew Radlers or something, it’s just good beer. We both did multiple flights and I would order any and all of the beers I sampled.
