Went to Smashburger in Croatia and it was fantastic they also have a truffle burger there. I thought maybe I’ll come back and try the american version of the truffle burger immediately after getting my burger I could tell that it was not made with any effort a barely smashed burger soggy the moment i received it and it came out in less than five minutes. Honestly, I would never eat a Smashburger again in America the cashier was very nice. That is one positive thing about the experience I had. But never again . Thank you for making me realize why American food is so trash and overpriced also reminding me why i dont eat smash burger . 🤮

They should really tell people when there is a waiting line,store looked empty but had hundreds of orders coming in,we waited 40+min for our order it should be policy to get a heads up “there is a 40min wait is that ok”?

For starters, the food is great. My husband and I had burgers which were both excellent and the cookies and cream shake and vanilla.
BUT, there was one young girl, Jasmeen running everything. She was working the register, handling all the dasher orders/take out orders, and serving food for dine-in customers on a Friday night where they were swamped. Customers were so disgruntled at her and she was polite and we felt terrible that she didn’t have more help. She didn’t act overwhelmed or upset and simply handled every situation the best she could. She even offered us an extra shake for our 34 minute wait on 2 burgers and a shake.
People were waiting 30-50 minutes while dining in for simple foods, it should have never taken so long.
Jasmeen is excellent and her customer service skills are wonderful. I was very surprised someone so seemingly young handled that stress so well.
Please hire or schedule more people, there should never been one person working the front of the house entirely by themselves.
