Was attempting to eat quickly. Placed our order (2 burgers and an order of sprouts) and it took 23 minutes to come out.

The burgers were alright, however our fries came very stale and hard and the seasoning was clumped up on the top of stack of bittled fries, when we asked for a different batch cashier came back 2 minutes later with the same batch refried and the fries got worst and harder. Bunch of young kids working who care for giggles and not customers. As a person who worked 7 years of F&B customer service my inner Karen was fighting to come out.

Kid-friendliness: Apparently kids eat free on Wednesdays, so that's cool. They also have seats for toddlers and stuff

Had a great experience as usual anytime I get a chance to grab a bacon stack at my favorite burger place!! This one didn't disappoint!! Thanks Makayla for helping me get the order straight and recommending the sweet potato waffle fries!! They were perfect!! Great food, great service!! Thanks again!!
Ate a burger from here that contained rotten meat, never been so sick, ended up at ER. Seeing other reviews about food poisoning here and raw burgers. Called to let store know, Michaela was completely unprofessional and rude, like talking to a child who said she was a manager. reporting to state and federal regulators, dropping off a sample to a lab.

I went to smashburger on a Monday, had a great time. Cashier was amazing and food was good.
Vegetarian options: A lot of veggie options, looked over the menu for a while
Dietary restrictions: They have a list you could look at to see what's in the food specifically
Parking: Parking is not amazing, but usually available
Kid-friendliness: Kids eat free on Wednesdays, going to start bringing the kids more, they also have high chairs and baby seats
