The staff didn’t get out to go order right so we had to drive all the way back for the items we were missing. Instead of taking accountability we were told we didn’t order those items and they only heard what they heard. The girl that took our order was on break and the guy running the register kept making smart comments. Instead of making things right, he began to charge us for what we had originally ordered to begin with and was going to give a credit for the item we returned. What about the time and gas having to go back to the store and where is the customer service Smash Burger? Do better.

I had a to go order and the kitchen gave me old stale fries. They didn’t want to remake them or give me a refund. They finally did after staring me down. I’m the customer and pay 5 bucks for fries they should be fresh. This staff was a team of 3 and they do not know what they are doing. They overcooked my new frys and tenders. Both tasted as dry as dirt! Texture was off on the burger as well. THINK TWICE BEFORE EATING HERE. You’ll thank me later!

I can’t telll you anything about the food because my order was cancelled five minutes after it was due to be delivered. I contacted the number I was directed to on the notification. The person claimed to be the manager but had no idea why it was cancelled nor could she refund the $22.00 I spent. This was the first time I had ordered from them and I am pretty sure it could be the last time. The district manager is supposed to resolve it. I have little faith he will. I think I’m probably just out the money.

Not many kids her age have that awesome customer service attitude. She deserves to be up front and acknowledged. I love her attitude but because of her I will continue to visit.
