I ordered on Uber Eats tonight a meal for my family, you forgot a sandwich, and everything was cold. I spent good money, check your register. This was horrible. I tried to teach out and no would answer my phone call. Very unsatisfied customer.

If you go to Smashburger and Tavrina is working, you’re winning already. Amazing energy, super friendly, and actually makes you feel welcome instead of rushed. My order was perfect, the food was hot and fresh, and Tavrina’s customer service honestly made the whole experience better. You can tell she takes pride in what she does , that kind of service is rare these days. Smashburger is lucky to have her. I’ll definitely be back!

So I'll start with this, I got to place a just a order of 3 just 3 milkshakes. 30 minutes to get the order and it's not the nice ladies fault who's by herself taking the orders and running the food. It's the management for not having adequate help in this location. Not my first time here but it will be my last bit of money spent at smash burger. This is a normal thing and I like the food but come on this is unacceptable on all counts.
