The cashier Carlos who took my order was super rude and in a hurry. I only asked for no pickle and no onion and he gave me my dinner without any vegetables. I didn't get lettuce or tomato. My fries were cold and stiff.

Food was not fresh, fries were hard, tots tasted weird. Had a generator running in close vicinity to the speaker for the drive thru. The lady taking our order could not hear us and messed our order up. It's not very clean outside where the seating is.

You got to live the variety and the options period nowhere else comes close. You're getting that one thing you want your way period unfortunately, COVID seems to have taken the cruiser night feel out of the parking lot. Now that all of the tribe ups are for pick ups.

Person who doesn't speak English well enough to understand my order and question I had is taking orders. The price of the food on the screen said $18.98. I got my $20 ready. The girl delivered my food and said $21.68. I said it's $18.98, she couldn't understand what I was telling her so I asked for a manager. Manager said the screen is broken and it was the previous order and she wasn't going to honor it. I then mentioned (which wasn't even my reason for a manager) that sonic needs to not put employees who do not speak English well enough to communicate an answer back to a question on ordering. And that set her off lol. Later on I told her my family is Spanish speaking (I am Black) and she must not have beleived me because she started speaking to me in Spanish as if I wasn't going to understand her. I did. I asked for her and employees name she told me hers and asked why I needed the employees. It said a name on the screen but that's okay since its on my receipt. I finally told her to just go get my change instead of her arguing with me. As I was waiting for her to come back I was missing condiments that I asked for upon ordering so I pushed the button. The manger came back with my change. I told her about missing condiments and she said push the button and walked away. Another employee answered and brought me condiments. If a person cannot speak English that well or well enough to not be able to answer a question I had about my order (I do not care what language it is) don't put them on the ordering! It's that simple. Or pay for English classes to help your employee become better at English and better employee. You are truly doing a disservice to them buy putting them in these situations. I know U.S. has no official language and we are a melting pot. I love and welcome that and there needs to be some sort or accountability here to be better.

I just left like 2 minutes ago . Black guy served me wrong food I take it back . He gets mad that I got the wrong sandwich. They didn't make my sandwich fresh they gave me the same greasy toast from the wrong sandwich. Then gave me 1 and half pieces of Bacon. It's the worst way to start your day called to speak to a manager and the guy that just served me hung up on my face ..

Terrible service, the 2 women who serve are rude, I was verbally attacked and discriminated against because of my nationality, I will sue them since I received humiliation and bullying because of my nationality, I will go to the last consequences
