“Manager” Gabrielle refused to give me the extra cherries that I paid for in a separate cup for my 8yr old daughter. Instead put them in the drink for my oldest daughter. Than held my order hostage when I asked to speak to her manager.Customer Service skills and Professionalism were not there. Spent 20 minutes in the drive thru due to lack of knowledge on her part. Immediately called customer service number. Not to mention was originally told by the car hop that each cherry was 10 cents smhKid-friendliness: Horrible!

Sonic is an alright restraunt to get some food at once in a while although the food doesn't have much flavor, especially the hatch green chile burger which was tastes and the green chile tasted watered

Every time I order from this Sonic the order is wrong, missing something, or the food is gross. Do yourself a favor. Spend your money elsewhere. These are photos of my food order. My hotdog looks like they jumped on it and my drink is absolutely horrible and not what I ordered. How do you screw up a fountain drink with vanilla and cream added? How?

If you like your food or even warm for that matter then this isn't the place to go. I have been here twice trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but the food was horrible every time. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

I work for doordash and was waiting outside the window for like 10 minutes and everyone inside kept intentionally not look at me so i went and tapped on the door and they yelled at me to go to the window
