What an absolutely bad service!

Went here Weds March, 11, 2026. Ordered 2 orders of French toast, 4 burritos, 6 tots and 2 shakes. Waited about 10-15mins for them to deliver (we were the only patrons around 9:30am) missing 1 burrito and 5 tots. We weren't charged for those items so I was willing to still pay for them. But it took awhile to get the rest of our order as well. Our burritos were very dry and plain tasting. I used to be a manager at another sonic and could tell it wasn't made the way it was supposed to be. Cherries on the shakes were very wrinkly and shriveled, and customer service was sub par. Will not go back to this location.
Briana gave stellar service during peak time. Food came out hot and much faster than I thought it would've at this time on a Friday. Thanks!

I went around 10pm today and I received terrible service, there were almost no people, they were very impatient they did not let me finish my order, when we tried to fix it they were very annoyed.

Waited in the drive-through for six minutes decided to drive up to the window just to hear somebody speak in a different language that I cannot comprehend something about not accepting cards. Are they wasn’t serving any food.
Every time I pick up food from this Sonic, it's cold and soggy. I usually ask at the intercom for them to make it fresh so I'm not eating food that's been sitting out, but this time the manager came out to my car with a super aggressive attitude. He told me this was the last time he was going to make my food fresh and that they make the order as soon as it's placed. He argued with me for several minutes about it, acting like I was being unreasonable for wanting my food hot when I pick it up.
For context, I arrived at 6:32 and my scheduled pickup time was 6:30. Even if my order was placed earlier, they should be timing it so that it's still hot and fresh when I get there. Isn't that the whole point of scheduling a pickup time? His reasoning didn't make sense at all, if I was to place an order at 6:30 for a pickup at 8:00, by his logic he would just make the food right then and let it sit around for two hours until I arrive. That's honestly ridiculous.
On top of the terrible attitude, the food quality is awful. My tots and chicken were dripping with oil, and everything just tasted stale. This location also no longer has skates or the button to push for service, which completely takes away from the Sonic carhop vibe that makes them unique in the first place. Now it just feels like any other fast food place but with worse service and cold food.
Overall, this was a terrible experience. The manager was rude and unprofessional, the food was disgusting, and the service was extremely disappointing. If you do decide to eat here, I highly recommend asking for your food fresh at the intercom, but just be prepared to be treated like an inconvenience for wanting your food hot. I won't be coming back to this location.

Ordered a pretzel bacon burger. There was no bacon on the burger, so I called to have it corrected, Donna was very nice and said she would remake the burger. Went back 2 days later to have it remade and THERE WAS STILL NO BACON ON THE BURGER 🤣 What the heck guys. How do you mess up like that twice? Love your drinks but dang I guess I cant order food from this location.

Ordered dinner for the family, got home and my burger had no bun. Mind you my drive there and back home took 40 min they gave me $11 of my $11.09 burger back. I asked for my burger to be remade and a refund of my full order ($38.62) for the inconvenience since I ordered my food at 8:05pm and it is now 8:55p. The manger sent to poor kid who took my order out with my $11 refund because he messed the order up. Terrible customer service. A burger and full refund isn't to much to ask for. So no dinner, not even a full refund on a bunless burger and gas wasted. I'll never visit this location again.

You know spending your hard-earned money is such a nice luxury. This is now the second time and it's not busy, and I'm receiving ice. When I ask for the flavor I paid for, I get a lost expression. I just want the masses to let me know if this looks like a blackberry mango slush. The little purple on top was the pump after mentioning blackberry was added.
This is just ANNOYING!
Give me what I paid for.

I just ordered a footlong and the cashier put her thumb on it and squished it, when I asked her to fix it, she took all of the chili off and put tons of cheese instead. What a waste of my time and money. The footlong was terrible and she didn't apologize for any of it and didn't say thank you either instead was rude and dismissive.

They are claiming that these bags are same size! They didn’t give me my sandwiches, and when I raised the issue, Manager Francesco was extremely rude and dismissive. He didn’t take responsibility or even offer an apology for the mistake with my order. Very disappointing experience.
