I had the best time and service at Stampede! The experience was elevated by the AMAZING bartender Payten who makes the best drinks and is so nice. š«¶ 10/10 will be back.

I've loved the new DJ music choices... It's been nice to go there and actually hear true country music on Wednesday nights, which is why we show up on Wednesdays.... To country dance. Thank you for caring about your audience.... And dancers...
Modern Swing Mondays is a blast! Every week there is a big turnout of 150-200 dancers doing West Coast Swing. Lessons are included in the cover charge.

Iāve been to Stampede in Aurora multiple times on Wednesdays and usually enjoy the venue, but my most recent visit was extremely disappointing due to the new DJ.
She was unwilling to play customer requests and completely ignored entire styles of country dance music that patrons were asking for. Several guests made polite requests throughout the night, only to be dismissed or ignored altogether. At multiple points, the DJ booth was left unattended for extended periods of time which only added to the frustration.
What made the experience worse was the volume level. The music exceeded 100 decibels on more than one occasion (measured), and when patrons respectfully asked if the volume could be turned down, the DJ seemed to completely disregard it. That kind of response is unprofessional and unacceptable. Especially when prolonged exposure at this level can cause permanent hearing loss to the barās customers and employees.
Stampede has the potential to be a great country dance venue, but the DJās behavior, lack of responsiveness, and her disrespect toward paying customers significantly detracted from the experience. I hope management addresses this, because the atmosphere and music should enhance the nightānot drive people away.

The place is fun and Gio is the best bartender! The the DJ is absolutely the downfall of here sheās always on the dance floor never plays the requested songs she has a terrible attitude if you ask for a song and she mostly plays swing dancing songs and says ā itās not a line dancing barā but most of the people are there for line dancing and people swing dance on the outside of the dance floor to most of the songs anyways. The āswing dancing songsā she plays aren't even songs to swing to it seems to me like she plays whatever she wants and gets away with it. Iāve heard at least a dozen other complaints from other people that regular there. The last few times Iāve been there the floor is empty⦠really unfortunate that the last DJ quit because it was so fun before.
I think this place is amazing I look forward to every Wednesday because of it but Iām looking through some of the reviews and it sounds like people are upset that they canāt dance itās a huge floor and I think the staff has seen it and are trying to accommodate the two stepping people this is absolutely a line dancing bar and I have no problem whatsoever with two stepping songs but itās come to the point where line dancing is barely played anymore which I donāt get because no matter what people find a way to dance with eachother anyways but I have found myself sitting a whole lot more then it used to there should be more of a balance for sure but overall a great bar

I attended a line dancing event and an MMA event here and both events were well-managed and fun with good music quality. There is plenty of professional security that work here so safety does not feel like an issue. Food is very standard bar food and honestly on the expensive side (I think my friend ordered some mozzarella sticks for like $18). Drinks are standard pricing and mediocre cocktails. I asked for a cup of water and the bartender said ābottled onlyā for $3 a bottle. The customer afterwards asked for a cup of water and he got it. Overall, Iāll come here for specific events but wouldnāt go out of my way to unless necessary.

This venue can kick rocks for allowing a diddler (Nahko) to perform here
I want to start off by saying the management, staff, security, etc are all amazing and make this place great! I have been attending on Wednesday nights and have had the opportunity to teach line dancing here and Iāve really truly loved the community. Unfortunately, during one recent weekend, I was yelled at and cursed at by the DJ and instructor in front of other patrons after a misunderstanding involving music requests. The situation was brought to managements attention but, It was an upsetting experience that has made me feel unwelcome. I hope work can be done to create a more respectful environment for all guests alike, because the place itself has great potential.

I loooooove Steve the bartender and the community but the dj is so mean and wonāt play country music on country night. They play the same weird off line danced every week and the if you try to request a country song that everyone would rather have, the dj acts as if you ruined his life. Itās so frustrating to come and dance for like 8 songs and wait through 10 people line dance to non country songs when they have a night specific night for like dancing!!!

If youāre trying to line dance on Wednesday nights be prepared to sit around for 3+ hours. This place has such high potential thatās being ruined by the DJ and the line dance instructor (his wife). Upon requesting a song from the DJ,( which Iāve done at every other line dance bar throughout the country), the DJ said āI play my wifeās songs first then at about 10-10:30 Iāll start taking everyone elseās requestsā
Uhmm so you just neglect to please the 100+ other people who paid to be here !?! So disappointed. Iām embarrassed for whoever keeps allowing this.
