The morning shift shift is too worried about correcting the customers on pronunciation of products instead of being efficient during morning rush Morning rush . I used to work at Starbucks in several customers used to always request a Frappe and I knew they were more than likely talking about a Frappuccino . I would clarify - but I would never waste 3 minutes of my time explaining to a customer why they should say it the “Starbucks way” especially during morning rush ??? It’s literally a waste of time . If there’s a little wait and you time to chat with the customer about recent changes sure ! But that was not it .
Every time I order takeout, the order is either wrong or missing. Very disappointing.
NEVER use the drive through. It takes about 5 minutes per car. Never risk it. Just order inside.

We come here quite often and order the same exact thing. We prefer this location over all others because it’s so delicious and they make the drinks so great! Today really stood out because we pulled up and I ordered and the girl taking my order through the drive-through asked if my name was Kylie. I was shocked that she remembered my name. She remembered from over a month ago, my drink, and my name And does her best to remember other people‘s names. Great customer service, people are easy to talk to, and the drinks are always good! I highly recommend this location. Also, the staff member, Emily is the one that remembered my name, she deserves a raise!

Just got home with my pickup order (ordered via mobile app). Frustrated to discover that while I ordered a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew (my name and correct order were on the label), what was in my cup was very clearly and incorrectly an Iced Coffee. I order cold brew all the time, and I can definitely tell the difference in taste; this was not cold brew. Very disappointed.
EDIT: Response to Owner -- I was not able to return to your store at the time to have my drink corrected. I have opened a case to your store with Starbucks Customer Service.

On more than one occasion I've waited more than 15 minutes for only water ?Edit: I tried to provide further details in the link provided below, but there is NO OPTION available to provide feedback. When the link asked "which store?" This particular location is "unrecognized" or unable to be selected in their feedback system. Meaning, the responses SB provides in each negative review is actually just smoke & mirrors to appear helpful when in reality they're entirely not.

Me and my Grandmother came in to enjoy our coffee, so we ordered our drinks and my grandmothers drink tasted like it had nothing in it but milk, it was so watered down and didn’t have enough coffee, so i asked the barista for an extra shot and she yelled in my face very frustrated and annoyed and said “SURE” with the most disgusted look on her face, an then she got the nerve to tell me “IT ALREADY HAS 2 YOU WANT MORE?”, needless to say there service was very bad and rude.
