I'm sad because this was my favorite Starbucks because they usually have the best service but in so frustrated with my last visit. All I wanted was a matcha no milk sub water. There was a new blond girl on drive thru that I have not seen before. She insisted on ringing up a special drink that doubled the price. I have no issue paying latte price for my order, I just like the taste more, but why would I pay almost $10 for matcha and water? She said that it is required for any drink not on the menu but people constantly modify drinks at Starbucks, how is this any different? She could have just sold me my drink and my other items but instead I left without anything and went to the pastry shop next door. I have never had an issue at any other location. It's sad that one person can bring down the quality of service and customer satisfaction much.

This particular restaurant has great customer service, cleanliness and a great patio. I used to live downtown Denver where where was 12 Starbucks. Been to all of them and to Starbucks In many Starbucks around the country. This is the best one yhey know me by name and greet me by name. They know what coffee I drink and will have a chat and ask how I'm doing. No other Starbucks has ever been that great at customer service like this store

I asked for a brown sugar oatmilk cortado and they literally just filled it up half way....HALF WAY!!!! And no that's not how it's supposed to be. I ordered one yesterday and it was a full short.

I like Starbucks and enjoy spending time there, especially in the summer. However, I was really disappointed that they collect the outdoor chairs as early as 7pm. In the winter that makes sense because of the weather, but in the summer it’s completely unacceptable. Sitting outside on warm evenings is one of the best parts of the experience, and this policy takes away from that.

Drink was good but not good enough to have my card charged 12.81 at the store then to have y’all put me 12.81 in overdraft at 4am and still haven’t got my refund

Always had issues with them messing up orders but they go through people like toilet paper so I always give them a chance again. Until today when they have double charged me for an order from Sunday. Screwing me over. Yes I called their headquarters but nothing can be done until it's no longer pending but my bank doesn't care that it's pending its considered gone.

My hat off to the manager, Jenn. Non-stop worker to keep place tiptop shape. Clean, organized and friendly. Awesome place to coffee up and relax. Great job Jenn.

Be sure to check the details when you are paying. Only after tapping my card in the driveway did I notice that a tip was automatically added without me actually choosing how much or if I wanted to tip. I left it alone since I know people are in some hard times. But, I wish I would have been able to choose to tip or not.

In my opinion, even when the store isn’t busy, the service still feels slow, and some staff come across as a bit cold. I can’t verify anything for sure, but that’s just how it felt to me. I feel bad for the owner, as I don’t think this is the kind of experience they would want customers to have. Hopefully things improve soon.

Was there about 5 min ago to get a drink through drive thru. I paid for my drink and when I clicked no tip I got an attitude face from the person at the window that handed me the drink. Do they not get paid per hr for their worked hrs? Why do I have to get an attitude face because I didnt leave a tip. That just made me feel very uncomfortable.
