Always had issues with them messing up orders but they go through people like toilet paper so I always give them a chance again. Until today when they have double charged me for an order from Sunday. Screwing me over. Yes I called their headquarters but nothing can be done until it's no longer pending but my bank doesn't care that it's pending its considered gone.

My hat off to the manager, Jenn. Non-stop worker to keep place tiptop shape. Clean, organized and friendly. Awesome place to coffee up and relax. Great job Jenn.

Be sure to check the details when you are paying. Only after tapping my card in the driveway did I notice that a tip was automatically added without me actually choosing how much or if I wanted to tip. I left it alone since I know people are in some hard times. But, I wish I would have been able to choose to tip or not.

In my opinion, even when the store isn’t busy, the service still feels slow, and some staff come across as a bit cold. I can’t verify anything for sure, but that’s just how it felt to me. I feel bad for the owner, as I don’t think this is the kind of experience they would want customers to have. Hopefully things improve soon.

Was there about 5 min ago to get a drink through drive thru. I paid for my drink and when I clicked no tip I got an attitude face from the person at the window that handed me the drink. Do they not get paid per hr for their worked hrs? Why do I have to get an attitude face because I didnt leave a tip. That just made me feel very uncomfortable.

This Starbucks has a horrible store manager little Asian woman by the name JENN she is condescending and will speak down to the customers , Starbucks has lost a customer even after the remodel. What a joke!

Currently waiting for my mobile order, has been about fifteen minutes and they have clearly forgotten about it. I am going to wait before telling them to see exactly how long it will take before they realize it. I am also sitting directly in front of their drink making stand.

I had service denied from this man just because I couldnt spell the drink name...I called it a green drink.
My english is already limited but I buy multiple starbaucks drink, both pink and the "green" ones, dont let the language become a barrier between you and your clients, dont let your place being known as a place that discriminate ppl from other countries...Another lady steped in and served me well with kind and empathy
