I love starbucks but I don’t know this location some how always make mistakes. The other day I ask for a caramel macchiato with extra caramel drizzle and literally tasted like a regular instant coffee with regular milk(made at home caffe). Today I got a kids hot coco and a tall hot coco at first I ask for them to redo it for me because both the tall and the kids tasted water down. They make me feel I was wrong for asking for a redo on my drinks they took forever to remake them but still got it wrong still tasted like water. I get it they do it with water but for it to taste like hot water instead of hot chocolate come on. I should of wenhome and make myself one instead. They are rude and don’t want to do the job how it is supposed to be done. They should follow instructions and recipes on how to make the drinks.

I don't understand why I can't get my drink prepared the same way each time I order from here. I've tried coming into the store to order and they still didn't get it right. AITA for asking to have my drink modified specifically to what I had paid extra for? They sure made me feel that I was out of line for asking them to fix it. Once going through drive thru I got a cup full of syrup...literally and yesterday I DoorDashed. Needless to say I was once again disappointed with my drink lacking any resemblance or taste of what I ordered. It's really annoying when I'm looking forward to having a nice treat for it to be screwed up. I'd understand if it was a one time occurrence, but it repeatedly happens at this specific location. I have resigned to going to different Starbucks in the area and they seem to get it right the very first time. I think it boils down to whether these employees herebare even interested in providing a great customer experience and it appears they lack fundamental training and don't understand what it means to serve up a good drink. All I'm simply suggesting is for them to pull out the training manual and follow the steps to prepare the basic drink to start which will help with the inconsistency issues.

Be careful if you get a pastry in the drive thru, they won’t warm it up or “be able to” even after asking. maybe if they focused more on their service than asking for tips they’ll realize that the muffin is cold. Horrible customer service from drive thru lady.

All is well with this location except for the restrooms which both toilet seats had something sticky stuck on the seats. It was gross!!! I had to straddle to pee, and being 4'10" makes that an uncomfortable challenge. Furthermore, the floors wre very dirty. What difference does it make to have codes on the doors if the staff allows the restrooms to be grotesque? Don't they use the same restrooms? How doesn't this bother them?

Music was really loud. Customer service was terrible. Was holding a business meeting and the employees were reminding us every two minutes what time they are closing. We left well before they closed.
I believe customers should leave prior to a business closing but I don’t need to be reminded every 2 minutes.

They wouldn’t let me add a cheese danish onto my order, because you can’t “ order at the window” which I understand somewhat however, they didn’t even have my cake pop ready so having to go back and get the cake pop they could’ve just grabbed the cheese danish instead of having me go all the way around again.
