Used a birthday gift card to buy myself a treat and at the window they asked me to remind them my order....a Venti caramelo brulee 3 shots 6 pumps They gave my just watered down shots of espresso it seems like. So frustrating to have wasted money on this store

The alsolute slowest Starbucks I have ever been. It’s really bad. Every time I visit this Starbucks I have to wait several minutes for a drip coffee even when the place is empty. I would avoid this location unless you have time to kill.

The summer refresher ended too soon. I thought I had another week, but all the stores have discontinued the drink. It taste so good. I'm so sad
Stood waiting to be served for three minutes there was about 6 people behind the counter. Yes they were busy, when are they not on a Saturday at 930 AM. I was never greeted and you can see the lady at the drive thru see the situation and look at the person working the counter “I guess” as if What are you doing? there’s a guy just standing there. And I was dressed in a pair of slacks, dress shirt and tie so I don’t wanna hear ANY EXCUSES of why I possibly didn’t get acknowledged. I have my own thoughts but I’ll keep those to myself; this is Colorado…..So like I do when I feel as if I’m not being treated correctly I make my leave. I don’t make a scene because that’s not my style and God forbid the police get called I could end up as the “crazy man” that was shot and killed in Starbucks. So I’ll never go to Starbucks again. I’ll have me daughter use the reward points we have ( cause we earned them ) and go to Dazbog or Dutch Bros.

Been coming here for years (sometimes several times a day) the baristas know me and my various order(s) like Tami and Gary. These employees are just awesome! Newly hired staff are a bit short with you and argumentative 🤦♀️ which is a bummer. I ordered an iced mocha the other day and the drink they gave me was milky white??? I looked at the label thinking I misspoke and it said iced mocha...they just throw things in cups sometimes then argue with you when you ask.
