Amy needs a raise iv had Starbucks all over the state and she makes my Carmel ribbon crunch. BETTER!!! then any other Starbucks I work for fritolay so daily I have my drink at multiple safeways/kingsoopers and also plain Starbucks and hands down she is the best her Attitude is the best and she's going through a lot right now. And she always smiles, she deserves the world. Thank you amy

I’m not surprised to see that this Starbucks has a rating of 4.2. I was on my way to work early in the morning for a team meeting planning to pick up a traveler, size of hot chocolate, and coffee that has been advertised in a blog recently, when I arrive to the store with 30 minutes to spare the barista told me the only thing they had available was coffee and it would take 20 minutes just to make the coffee. This sounded a bit ridiculous to me so I called Dunkin doughnuts who is able to provide a box of hot chocolate and a box of coffee plus a dozen donuts for half of the price in seven minutes. Starbucks really let me down this time don’t know how often I’ll be returning anymore.

I have gone to this Starbucks many times and it's the same thing. Whenever I go there, there is a man who either gets the order wrong or mischarges. When i ask him about it or something, he gets mad and has a bad attitude throughout the talk. Really needs to change.

3/10/23-Super rude staff. My mom ordered a drink without ice and the staff here not only threatened to charge her double but made fun of her as well. The guy didn't even wait for her to walk away before he went over to his coworker and started making fun of her. My mother has teeth issues and cold drinks hurt her teeth. This is a form of discrimination by the staff on someone with a medical issue, open bullying, and highly unprofessional. The manager of both this Starbucks and Safeway should deal with these employees. Do not go to this location unless you want to deal with horrible staff.
