So I went in to use the restroom I am regular at Starbucks I am rewards member already had bout my coffee for the day from Starbucks earlier was not granted to use there restroom for not making a purchase at that location I was miss treated assumed to be drug addict I presume because of my hair having levitculs which is religious practice or another word for em would be dreads I found the over all experience offensive distrouting

I have been a starbucks customer for 10 Years and never have I ever had to pay for using the bathroom. I was in a hurry and I need to use the bathroom but the door had a code. I asked the code from the employee and they said I need to buy something in order to do it. So Starbucks now is being greedy and making people pay for something to use the bathroom. This js crazy.

Don’t make a drink the wrong way then just add the flavoring that I requested after I said it was missing and then when I say it’s too sweet because you put 10 pumps of syrup in there, you then offered to remake it. I don’t know how a caramel iced coffee is so difficult. Total waste of six dollars

Poor service, chatty staff took their time to acknowledge me at the POS. First thing in the morning the restroom was filthy from evening before, despite requiring a purchase before restroom access.

Just fed a grill cheese to a child that immediately vomited so not sure what was in it… threw my drink away too just to be safe.

Incompetent.. workers are standing around cussing and chatting. The guy had me repeat my order 8 times and STILL got the drinks wrong. I went in to get corrected drinks and watched them start to make it wrong again. Oat milk isn’t that hard.

Staff is extremely rude, can’t ask a simple question without getting laughed at by staff. I was not happy with my experience here. Do better at training your staff.

There is a manager that works here her name is Alyssa. She is the most caring, sweetest, professional person I have ever seen at any Starbucks. Every time I go and she is there her and her team are always amazing and kind it's always super clean and they always gets everything
perfect. I look forward to going to Starbucks everyday because of her and her team. Thank you for everything you have done for me and my kiddos!!!

We were waiting for our name to be called to get the drinks, but we had to go to the counter on our own to look for the drinks. The environment is cool, comfortable. The drinks were always well prepared.

As a frequent patron of Starbucks, I usually visit the establishment 2 to 3 times daily. Unfortunately, this particular branch leaves much to be desired. Accuracy in order fulfillment seems to be a recurring issue, and the level of customer service provided is terrible. While I am willing to overlook minor discrepancies in my beverage preparation, encountering both that and a discourteous staff member is unacceptable. Do better!!!

I received terrible customer service here. They were out of half and half, so they said they couldn't make a breve latte. I explained 3 times they could make it with milk and heavy cream. They insisted they would have to charge me for 2 different milk upgrades! (milk isn't an upgrade to a latte by the way!) I clarified, and they insisted, very rudely in fact. I left without ordering. Don't ever go here if you can avoid it. Lazy and rude.
