They immediately got two drinks wrong, did not fill drinks all the way, and seemed to be a mess in the back. Very hard to get their attention with the restaurant not even being too busy. Didn’t call out names or make eye contact when handed drinks. However, they were pretty good at fixing the two drinks that were wrong, so points for that.

I went this morning and was greeted by the staff. They were all very friendly and in good spirits. I was worried to come from the reviews but I had a great experience. I’ll be coming back to this one. I got my red cup for red cup day and I got my coffee it was hot and good.

I often come to this location and I never had any issues but earlier tdy I’ve decided to order it through app and went to pickup drive through and they said to wait in the parking area and I did wait patiently. One of the employees (girl) brings out my drinks and when I asked her for straws she’d give me the ugly mad look like what’s the attitude for? I ain’t having anything for free so pls don’t be like that. I get it you having a bad start of the day but it doesn’t mean u have to make others day bad2.

So I went in to use the restroom I am regular at Starbucks I am rewards member already had bout my coffee for the day from Starbucks earlier was not granted to use there restroom for not making a purchase at that location I was miss treated assumed to be drug addict I presume because of my hair having levitculs which is religious practice or another word for em would be dreads I found the over all experience offensive distrouting
