One of the gentlemen there was completely rude and unprofessional. My order was wrong, and I told him and instead of helping me, he just walked away and completely ignored me.

Went through the drive through today, got four drinks. When the girl handed me the drinks with the flimsy cup holder, every drink poured onto my lap and out of the car. Then the girl just looks at me as if it was my fault. Maybe get some employees that are smarter. Then the average, because that was just plain stupid. Get better drink holdersl and employees that are worth something, not just someone who stands there, stupid and doesn't know what to do. Definitely, will not be going back to this one. This is the third time that something has went wrong. Now I'm drenched. I have to go home before I go to work. And change and shower, and now I have to scrub my car so Starbucks, you owe me money!

Standalone Starbucks on Parker near light rail station. The drinks and snacks menu is typical Starbucks. The espresso based drinks such as cappuccino live up to their high standards.

The service was fine. I was made to feel welcome. They were more focused on the busy drive-through than walk-ins but did get to me in a timely manner. The store is clean and reasonably comfortable. It's more accessible if you're going northwest on Parker.

There is adequate parking, but most of the parking is in front of the store where the exit to the drive-through is,, so you have to pay extra attention entering and exiting.

Went through the drive thru this morning….as I was pulling up to the window a homeless man asked for some help getting a coffee. When I got to the window and asked to add items the employee was extremely rude throughout the rest of the interaction. Her name is Jen. If youre going to have somebody at the window interacting with customers, I wouldnt make it somebody as miserable and rude as Jen!

Nowhere to sit, smelled bad. My latte was watered down and burnt. Just avoid this place at all costs. Much cheaper places to get much better coffee.

Ordered a coffee frappuccino with oat milk (I have a milk allergy) and after drinking 2 sips, it tasted like milk. Had my boyfriend try it and he confirmed that it tasted like milk. Very sad I cannot enjoy the drink I paid for.

Starbucks 3128 s Parker road all your workers who were there today 11/15/24 should around the 2:15pm shift should be fired . Especially the guy and the lady. I walk in drop my stuff to place my order and realized am pressed but because I wasn’t too sure what I wanted to order I asked if I could kindly use the restroom before placing my order , the stupid arrogant bigots asked me to go to the gas station across the street and use the restroom before coming to place my order so I got angry and left . I mean what is the essence of the restroom if it’s not accessible to customers and to add salt to injury arrogance of your staff towards a client and you loosing sales over a washroom. I mean Starbucks packer is bigger than that and needs to upgrade its customer service training and not have workers thinking and behaving like robots.
