I am a black queen that is also a security officer. I work to patrol the area from 12:30am -8am. Sadly, I asked to use the restroom and all of the female employees were apathetic to my request and told me I had to make a purchase first. Honestly, there comes a time in life when you are given the opportunity to do the right thing. This type of training and culture from Starbucks speaks to a more serious problem of greed and prejudice. Stop wasting your money at Starbucks unless you go along with this sort of ideology. To the women that refused me today, you never know when you will need a humanitarian favor returned. Remember the people that help keep you safe while you refuse a basic accommodation like a restroom to a public servant. Boo Starbucks.

Employees need better training on how to pack a delivery order. I ordered a Matcha Frappuccino and a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew, once it arrived the cups were both broken and spilled as if someone literally punched the hell out of them.
Don't order on the app - they skimp out on everything. Got my drink and it was... 90% cream? I ordered 5 shots so I know it should've been the majority of the cup.Thanks for my 7 servings of cream foam tho! ?

I ordered a pumpkin chai tea cold and it was truly amazing. The service was quick per usual and friendly. Next time you go to Starbucks, make sure to try the pumpkin chai tea... But only if you're a pumpkin lover ?
