Being openly mocked in your drive-through by a sarcastic teenager is a great reminder that this item is overpriced and unnecessary.

I’d gone to a different location’s drive thru and paid $13 for two small pink drinks as a treat for the kiddos. As we’re pulling out of the parking lot I hear “We forgot to say ‘no ice’.” Kids are sitting there with full cups of ice and the drink is already gone. They can’t even reach the boba I paid the extra $1.25 for. So I came to this location to politely ask for a remake because it was on our way and we didn’t have time to go back.

The manager said that’s how it’s made, accused me of just wanting free drinks, and told me that next time I should order a larger size. So I should pay even more money for a larger cup of ice. She was rude and did not acknowledge that the cost of this drink vs what you receive is a terrible value. She said “I’m just trying to pay my bills.” Good luck when you get laid off because people aren’t willing to pay $6 for a cup of ice and bad service during a recession. I ultimately called corporate and got a refund.

I’m writing this review because this isn’t the only issue. A few years ago they started making their Chai really watery. “The trick is to ask for two shots!” I get the caramel macchiato and it’s 50% foam so I have to remember to ask for no foam. Now I get the pink drink and I have to remember to ask for no ice.

Starbucks has gone from a fun treat on a girls’ day to a stressful experience, almost a game, where you have to remember to tell them how to make your drink correctly or you’re going to be disappointed and there are no redos because the staff is “just trying to pay my bills”. I’m over it. I can go to McD for a mediocre drink at 1/3 the cost and better service.

This is my usual spot every morning. They’re always in happy moods and so quick with their service! Today I swung by for my birthday drink and they went above and beyond! Loved the birthday message and cake pop! I wish I could shout them all out but the only one I know from today (5/21) is Chloe! Yall are amazing thank you for starting my work days with energy🙏🏻

I interact with the morning shift partners. All amazing. Thats the five stars across the board. I’m transgender and the last interaction with the manager was upsetting and uncomfortable. Misgendered me, called me joe (not my name), and wasn't really apologetic at the window. I called the store when I arrived home and talked to him. While I am crying on call, the manager tried to justify his mistake by saying they have one other transgender female in the morning. That is only two people. Not a good reason. Tried to fix offering a free drink in the morning. I now have anxiety attacks every time this man answers the ding; hoping he wont be the one at the window. I wanted to drive away but I was trapped. No one should have to feel that way for their morning coffee at a place they felt safe. Thats is my customer experience and the little green book would be disappointed. I wasn't going to leave this and have thought on it for months. There needs to be some type of reprimanding, training, transfer or firing of this manager. He is not equipped for management. You have better options at this location. The two stars is his personal review.

They don’t have any inside seating or grab & go, just drive thru. We ordered ahead on our way to work and were worried about the long car line. However, they still moved rather quickly, we were in line for a total of 10min.

My friends, once again this Starbucks has done more than they ever needed to. They're so sweet they put up with my stupid orders. I ordered "a drink that a vampire would ask for" With 0 other context and yet here I am with a delicious beverage. This is a repeat thing last year I ordered a drink that tasted like Halloween and they committed to the bit so hard. I love this Starbucks specially it's where I go when I need a pick me up.
