The wife goes here! I don't! but she loves it! I have not had star bucks since before 9/11 so this is from her not me!

Update: I attempted to order the same drink through the mobile order app, hoping it would be clearer than ordering through the drive through. Unfortunately it was again made incorrectly as another drink. It seems that resources and training for older recipes continue to not be accessible for the baristas.
Staff were kind and patient in helping me out with my order. I requested blended strawberry lemonades, which I understand as a former barista and trainer, can be hard if it’s an older drink recipe. Which also unfortunately, Starbucks HQ named very similarly name drink that was more recent, the only distinction being “frozen” vs “blended.”Unfortunately, it was still incorrect after trying to explain the recipe card instructions (strawberry base to very bottom line, lemonade to bottom marked line, ice, and crème base pump).
They did try their best, but my feedback is to help staff with unfamiliar standard recipes, especially if older and not modified, by having the Starbucks drink cards available for easy access. I am unsure if it’s the same, but I use to be able to check the recipe through the POS as well. I want to stress again the employees were great, but I was frustrated that I paid for something that didn’t taste right. I did have it remade, but after the second attempt, I did not want to waste any more of the barista’s time. I know some frustration showed on my face, and they patiently did what they could, but it seems they were lacking a resource to refer to. Thank you.
Coffee is nuke warm always
It takes a lot for me to rate a chain food service but just letting you know if you’re in any sort of rush, don’t go to this one. Every time I come to this one they don’t have coffee brewed yet because “we wait for people to ask for it to brew it. We don’t want to brew it and waste coffee.” This is anywhere from 4:30-5am lol.

Ordered a matcha with cold foam. The entire thing is cold foam. This is a very easy drink to make.
Local animal clinic who visits this place in bulk orders often. Each time we purchase from here usually 6+ drinks each time, sometime is wrong or missing. Today no drink holders, 6+ drinks+1 person picking up= not a fun time driving back to the clinic! Usually at least 1 drink is made wrong. We order her as a reward for our employees for working so hard with limited staff! Soon will take out business elsewhere.
Had a gingerbread chai latte and it was delicious and I got my red cup.

I have tried and tried again to give this Starbucks a chance but they consistently get it wrong. I order the iced apple crisp oatmilk shaken espresso and the only modification I ever put is 'light ice'. I want the drink that pay way to much for not 80% frozen water. The last time I was there they filled it with ice way above even the ice line and I gently asked if I could get less ice. After waiting an additional 15 minutes I got it back literally filled to the brim with ice. I don't understand the need for the passive aggressive behavior, just tell me no. Please, don't waste my time and yours by being petty.

This location is horrible. They NEVER get my order correct on the first try and when you order a sandwich 90% of the time it's falling apart. The staff isn't friendly, and when I ask them to fix my order they give me attitude. Going to have to stop going to this location even though it's by far the closest one to my house.

Stupid fat girl with glasses messes up my drink order has an horrible attitude I try to be cool about it all I ask was for them to add pumpkin cold foam and of my drink she threw away my drink every did it then later handed the drink disrespecting me in my face made the drink all nasty horrible customer service I understand we all get frustrated but no need to take it out on the customers who pay for their drinks
The lady making my drink made it wrong, then proceeded to be rude that she made a mistake. Then, she made 4-5 other drinks before making the correct drink. Normally have good service and baristas but today was not that way
