I work in the same shopping center for 15 years and have been going to this Starbucks everyday and get the same drink for the past 20 years. Always so please with the service until recently. All the old barista left. I guess there's a new manager name Christina. She's terrible with making drinks, overcharge and always too busy chatting with customer waiting for their drinks to be made. One time I had to wait 15 mins in line because she was busy chatting with the guy waiting for his drinks. Another time I had to correct her how to charge and make my drink. And the last time I went in I had to wait also because she was chatting with her Spanish friend or customer. She can see I wasn't happy. She then say something in Spanish with the customer waiting for her drink. The customer turned over and gave me a stare so obviously she was talking about me. So since then I stop going in there and went to Starbucks across the street. Don't know how she got the manager position but she's terrible at it.
Everybody's always extremely friendly and happy to see me. They always say hello to me when I walk through the door. Baristas, shift supervisors and managers work very hard at Starbucks. I always appreciate the kindness and love. Thank you so much.

This location is inside a Safeway and does not have a drive thru as Google says. They usually only have two employees so one at register and one making the drinks which does cause the wait time to go up a bit so prepare yourself to wait usually about 15 minutes if there are people ahead of you. The employees have always been super nice though and I've never had a rude experience.

This Short haired girl...was so rude to me....she had this shaven hair....when I Held my cup asking for water...she pulled back and she said I ll meet you down there! She is not a nice person...I'm surprised she is in service industry!!!!!! If you charge people with your shortness...you don't fit in the service industry.....She was so rude..and was short with me.

Told us those "closed promptly at 9pm and will be unable to take your order, but we reopen at 5am". We specifically came to this location due to hours posted open until 11pm. Disappointing.

Thank you Cody for being the best Starbucks barista !!!!!!!! He did a wonderful job serving me and my friend and he was very knowledgeable on items coming to the store soon, what other stores had and even had a great idea for a drink which turned out amazing! Give him a raise! We will definitely be back. Thank you, Cody!

Coffee is always great.
Very updated decor, everything was clean and in nice shape.
By far the worst experience, I usually come in and get coffee at this location since it’s very convenient. I came in today and the barista was rude. Didn’t even say anything so I order my drink and she just has a attitude like if she didn’t want to be working. She makes my ice coffee and still doesn’t even acknowledge that I am a paying customer. I get my ice coffee and tell her thank you, and she has the nerve to say is “yea” like no your welcome enjoy your day. I will just start going to another Starbucks were they actually love doing what they do. Too bad I couldn’t see her name tag either.
