Too bad I just spent $6 for a pumpkin spice cream latte. And wait over 10 minutes for the 2 kids that apparently did not know what they where doing and had zero customer service skills tell me they do not have the sweet cream. Okay fine then give me a sub and why are you just now telling me that. There were about 5 people ahead of me and the Starbucks employees were more concerned about their private conversation than getting items out. Then the girl says we can just use whipped cream okay fine. This is the worst drink I have had it's pure syrup where you cannot even enjoy it. And every customer ahead of looked at there drink like it doesn't look right. Come on Starbucks train your people even if they are in the grocery store.

I waited for about 10 min before I was even acknowledged. I work in customer service and I tell people to give me a min. This lady just chatted with her co worker. I asked for a Swiss cressant and was told the oven was off. Not down just off. And she rolled her eyes at me. Like ok. I hate this place.

Madison was not only efficient in preparing my order but also took the time to ensure everything was exactly how I liked it. Her friendly demeanor and positive attitude created a welcoming atmosphere that made my visit truly enjoyable.

It's clear that Madison is an asset to the Starbucks team, and her hard work and excellent customer service deserve to be recognized. Thank you, Madison, for making my experience at Starbucks so wonderful!

Bad customer service. My wife made a mobile order and when I went to pick it up, they were getting a supply delivery with a semi truck blocking the parking lot so I drove around to the drive through window. The person working inside saw me but walked away and came back 5 minutes later but still ignored me, would not make eye contact with me and I waited another 5 minutes. athen another person cam to the window and explained to me that I needed to go to the speaker if I wanted to pick up a mobile order, of which I explained that I have never picked up a mobile order at the window and would have parked and came in if not for the delivery truck out front. Both workers were rude and unapologetic that I didn't know, I've never done that before. I hope other patrons get better service from the people who's bills we pay. On top of that my cold brew had now ice!!! Seriously awful experience!

I don’t normally write reviews but I received stellar service from Alayna and just had to.I don’t usually come to Starbucks so I didn’t really know what I wanted or what terms to use when ordering, she was able to patiently and friendly recommend something that was really tasty. I’m now hooked on this drink and will for sure be a returning customer to my hometown Starbucks. If only there was an Alayna at every Starbucks.

Recently received a color changing cup from a co-worker which had a crack on the outer shell, went in to EXCHANGE it for the same cup and was told without a receipt I was out of luck. It's clearly brand new with the paper info card between the top and straw as well as the info sticker still attached. Seriously you can exchange a coffee if you complain it's too hot or too cold but not this clearly brand new $20 cup? Probably just this Starbucks and they probably just had a busy bad day, but please don't pass that attitude to a daily customer who's normally very happy with this location.

I have been going to Starbucks for 31 years. Always appreciate the wonderful customer service and smiles and Hello's when I walk in the door. I always appreciate the fact that the barista's really want to make sure my drink is the best. Thank you to the Starbucks and Hampden and Tower. Also want to give a shout out to Jerome at the Piccadilly in Quincy store. Probably the best manager I've ever met. Very easy to talk to him he does a great job all the employees really appreciate him and so do customers. We miss you a lot Jerome ?
