I don’t normally write reviews but I received stellar service from Alayna and just had to.I don’t usually come to Starbucks so I didn’t really know what I wanted or what terms to use when ordering, she was able to patiently and friendly recommend something that was really tasty. I’m now hooked on this drink and will for sure be a returning customer to my hometown Starbucks. If only there was an Alayna at every Starbucks.
I have been going to Starbucks for 31 years. Always appreciate the wonderful customer service and smiles and Hello's when I walk in the door. I always appreciate the fact that the barista's really want to make sure my drink is the best. Thank you to the Starbucks and Hampden and Tower. Also want to give a shout out to Jerome at the Piccadilly in Quincy store. Probably the best manager I've ever met. Very easy to talk to him he does a great job all the employees...
