I went to the Starbucks at 14901 E Colfax Ave, right by Chambers, around 10:20am on Saturday, Nov 15th, 2025. I only planned to work on my laptop for about an hour, then leave.

I walked in, pick a table, and asked for it to be cleaned. The worker wiped it halfway. I pointed out the spots she missed. Then the manager, Brie, marched to the register and yelled at me, telling me I “need to order to hang out.” I had been inside for barely one or two minutes. I hadn’t even taken my laptop out yet. The shop was empty except for an older man selling handmade bracelets. He had no drink at all.

Brie acted rude right away and then called the police. And this is Aurora PD — the same department known for racist treatment of African American residents, the same department that killed Rajon Bell just two months ago, and the same one with a long pattern of profiling, harassment, false arrests, and stolen properties.

Two employees joined her. They all profiled me, threatened me, and backed each other up with lies. Brie claimed she had “seen me before.” That was false. If she had, she would know I always order after I settle in. Instead, she rushed me, disrespected me, and treated me like a threat the moment I walked in.

I’m moving forward with legal action against Starbucks for profiling me, harassing me, and making a false police call that could have put my life at risk. Everyone involved at this location needs to face real consequences for what they did.

edit: dont order the iced shaken espresso, they never get it right 🥲 every other drink has been good! Just not the shaken espresso.

They couldn't guarantee anything as gluten-free, so I cannot eat or drink anything there anymore (even plain coffee) since I am newly diagnosed with Celiac.

I usually love my visits to Starbucks, especially the one by my work where the customer service is always great. However, I have disappointing experiences at the one near my house. The staff member was rude and kept saying she couldn’t hear me, which made the visit frustrating. I hope they can improve their service there. Good thing there’s a Dutch Bros across the street.

I come here often when they have the lavender matcha and I always tip them 2 dollars and they will give me the extra lavender foam instead of throwing it away. This time I ask and the lady very rudely says you have to pay extra for that. Okay so you're going to throw it down the drain instead. Sounds reasonable....NOT. sure, next time I'll pay for it instead of leaving a tip. Makes no difference to me... but Ill bet it makes a difference for you :) not to mention normally they give a decent amount of the lavender foam and this time I got a whole tablespoon of it. Won't be returning to this starbucks.

I pulled up to the drive-through and tried to order, but the worker said that she couldn't hear me several times. That's fine I pulled forward to the window so they could help me better (makes sense right?) Once I pulled up to the window, the supervisor told me that I couldn't order four items through the window. She didn't want to take my order and told me to pull back around and "try again". Why would I pull back around and try to speak into a speaker that clearly isn't working? The girls working the window were so rude, after going back and forth with her I decided it wasn't worth it. I just went to Dutch Bros.

Great service usually but please MOVE your drive through speaker! It is so annoying to be told over and over you can't hear me! My throat was hurting today and I had to yell at the speaker! That's when the drive through becomes inconvenient

I placed an order on the line, I was very specific on the ingredients, one of them was heavy cream, I regularly ask for the same but this time I used this store because of how close it was instead of using heavy cream for which extra page, they used regular milk, I asked them to change it and they re-prepared the same as the previous one, I don't understand why I am paying for it.
