My drink was made wrong & I asked for it to be remade- the workers would rather sit & argue with you than fix your drink, it took 10-15 minutes & talking to 3 different workers to finally have it remade. Extremely unprofessional ??

Ordered on the app. Arrived one minute past estimate. They hadn’t even started my order even though there was not a rush. Manager even looked at me as if I should understand that an extra 15 minutes (she quoted) was not a big deal. Wow. I’m sure they won’t care. But man, it’s be nice if they tried to even remotely get to the app placed orders within 5 minutes of the estimate on the app.

Did not get food, but got a couple drinks for a road trip with some visiting family members.Well I got a cinnamon nitro cold brew and was very much looking forward to it..what I got was something completely different as not sure. This is my go to drink and whatever they made was beyond nasty, very sweet, and just horrible. I wish I turned around, but I guess I decided to waste my money and throw the drink out.Plenty of Starbucks and unfortunately will not be going to this one again. This is twice they have messed up our orders and maybe this is a sign to stop going to Starbucks always!

I mean it's a Starbucks on Colfax what do you expect, I went in to study and the place was a bit nasty, the ground had not been swept, some unused tables had not been wiped off.

These kids have no clue what they are doing and need better leadership immediately. I brought in a personal cup and asked for a HOT 5 shot of espresso with three pumps w/c and 3 pumps Carmel filled to the top with breve.If it’s a hot drink why in the world would you top it off with cold half and half?? Literally took 8 minutes to get my order correct for me to pay so I was frustrated but didn’t express it because the young lady at the register seemed to be training. But then the guy that made the drink kept calling me “Hun” and “sweetheart” this is unprofessional

This location is very busy, being close to an elementary school and a busy street. The staff here is always super friendly, and the store is always clean. I think the drive thru is slower than going inside, so if you're in a hurry, I recommend parking and going in, although parking is not the best at this location.
