Went to pick up a mobile order and waited in drive through line for almost 20 minutes. Once we got our drinks, they were all separated and disgusting! A bunch of caramel just sitting on the bottom. I used a straw to stir the drinks up and the caramel was just caked up onto the straw. Was left with nothing but a weird aftertaste and couldn’t even drink the drinks. This is my 3rd bad experience at this location!
Super disappointed. The first time I came here it was absolutely wonderful and the last three have been awful.
Why keep coming back? Because it’s right next to where I live. So I finally downloaded the app and came by today. Got my drink lid was not on spilled my drink on myself. I should have checked the lid first, but are you kidding me? Secondly I just got to check my points my receipts not in there. Nothing is in there like the dude didn’t even scan it. Just super frustrating. It is not that hard to do this job. How do I know? Because I’ve done it

The Starbucks at Quincy and Piccadilly consistently shines with the friendliness of their servers. We go about twice a month for a coffee-based treat, but the people are the standout reason to stop here!

I just went to get a cup of tap water for my kiddo and was rejected because I didn’t buy anything. I was frustrated because I have been a regular client in this Starbucks and left enough $ in the last 3 years to ask for a cup of water once + was planning to leave a tip for barista (as I also always did in the past). I also didn’t feel like buying unnecessary drink, and had to stay in drive thru car line because there was no way to go back. They told me they have some new policy not to give tap water if a client doesn’t make a purchase. That’s a terrible policy I’ll tell you, and I somehow haven’t heard about this policy in any other Starbucks. Sure enough, I’ll do my best to avoid this Starbucks from now on even though it’s super close to my home :( Dear owner, no need to provide generic copy-paste ‘Sorry’ reply to me!
The atmosphere in the evening is romantic with the soft lighting.
This is the worse Starbucks I’ve been to. Over three visits, staff are consistently rude and the drive thru is so slow. During one visit we watched two staff members examining the inside of a large trash can outside while a line of cars waited. Today, the person taking my drive thru order scolded me for asking for 2% milk since “it’s already made that way.” I miss the days of handcrafted beverages and baristas who cared.

Not getting orders right. Ordered a cappuccino with vanilla syrup and they forgot to put coffee. I got milk with syrup.
The management and Baristas and shift supervisor are all so incredibly awesome and nice . They were trained really good. Jerome is the best manager. I've been going to Starbucks for 33 years never missed a day. I get the same drink. They know how to make it here the way that I like it. When I walk in they always say hello to me makes me feel good and special like I matter. I just really appreciate the Starbucks at Quincy and Piccadilly in Aurora Colorado . Shout out to every single one of you for your awesomeness.

It was a disgusting experience. Even though I ordered and repeated 5 times for them to make light ice, instead they added extra ice, my large glass of cold coffee was tasteless so much that I didn't taste anything except diluted coffee with water. When I got home I took the ice out with a spoon and there was less than half of coffee left in the glass. That was the last time I came here.

This is the first time I ordered from this Starbucks. I got a bunch of drinks and sandwiches. I asked for my drinks to be light ice. I asked her probably seven or eight times for the drinks to be light ice. Instead they made it extra ice on all of the drinks and when I told her at the window that I asked for the light ice, she said there is nothing they can do about it. I asked for my receipt. I never got it. the drinks lacking taste, and because of the ice it’s all watery. Definitely horrible experience I rather drive farther distance but get the right order if you like coffee if you like Starbucks, don’t use this location. It’s horrible.

The worst Starbucks EVER. Definitely not a welcoming environment if you want to enjoy coffee, maybe work, and enjoy a coffee shop experience. It’s 55° outside today and even colder in the building. They were literally blasting Taylor Swift so loud no one could hear the barista calling out orders.

This location stands out to me. I have been to many Starbucks in many states and this one is exceptional. Customer service is so great. Recently after my Barista (Aaron) found out that my grandma passed away, his kindness and compassion made such a difference. I enjoy visiting this location when I am in town.
