I now hate the Starbucks! Today is the third time that I've stopped to get something and they don't have it and then I'm stuck in the Drive-Thru line because there's no pull out and there's four cars behind me.... I will not come here again

I usually come here every day. However, for the last few weeks it seems like they're making my requested drink as a standard, and not with my customizations. For example, I ordered a venti 8 pump, no water, chai. I'm pretty sure they used less than half my pumps (very light in color, very bland) and added water. It was gross. Additionally, they're not filling the cups like they used to, there is always like a 1/2 inch from the top. I've included a picture for example (which also seems like it has the standard pumps of chai and not what I asked for). I'm looking forward to when the other planned coffee shops are built in this area because I might have to change it up, or at least go to a different location. For such expensive drinks, you would think you would get what you asked for.

Edit to add, in response: If I asked to have my drink remade every time. It would be an every other day occurrence, which does not seem like a good business practice. If the team members were trained to be cognizant of each drink as they are made, this wouldn't be an issue. Fix the problem, not put a bandaid on it.

One drink is visibly incorrect even though the sticker is correct. Danish is cold. The other drink doesn't taste proper, so I imagine it is also incorrect. Too expensive to not be accurate. Won't return to this location.

Took my order in line outside supposed to be faster I guess. 17 minutes in drive through. No one helped girl at window. Several drinks just sitting there. She did not know who got what. My drink was horrible. Like I was drinking hot blah water. Very disappointed.

Just don't expect to get your order right on a busy morning. Asked for wm pumps in my cold brew, the sticker says it but no white mocha in drink (it's an extra 60c so that's a bummer). Asked for side of cream cheese with my pastry, they put an avo spread instead. I know they're right next to each other in the fridge but can you please check next time ?? Why have a position that's drive through hand-off only if they're not going to quality check

Very disappointing experience on 8/16. I was greeted quickly and ordered a venti coffee and a breakfast sandwich. 20 minutes passed and no coffee or sandwich. I ended up leaving without my order.

Nice atmosphere, good selection of products to buy, friendly and very helpful staff.
Our drinks were made quickly, and were delicious. The staff member that took my order was very sweet, and knowledgeable, which made it easier when ordering our drinks.

Every time I place my order online, I have to wait 10-15 mins past the estimated time. I didn’t want to leave a review until today when I went there at 5p.m, there was literally 2 other customers and they all had drinks but I had to wait for 10 mins to get my drink when the store was empty, no one in drive-through and there were 4-5 people behind the counter. They saw me waiting and they were just chatting but not make my drink and it frustrated me. Really bad service.
