This location stands out to me. I have been to many Starbucks in many states and this one is exceptional. Customer service is so great. Recently after my Barista (Aaron) found out that my grandma passed away, his kindness and compassion made such a difference. I enjoy visiting this location when I am in town.

The gentleman with the black and red hair working register when I came in was very kind and the drinks as always were very solid from this location

It was a hot sunny day driving back from camping with a dog in the back for two hours. Decided to stop and get him a pup cup and the lady said a purchase was necessary? I planned on tipping if that was the issue. Ended up buying a drink we didn’t want or need. I’m not sure if this is a new rule but I’ve never been told a purchase was necessary for a pup cup. Anyways highly disappointed and i won’t be stopping at this location again. Went to another recently and had no issue. Very off putting feeling.
Cashier was in such a hurry. He didn't bother to listen to my daughter's order. She clearly said Trenta, and he rang up a Grande. They NEVER have energy drinks on the shelf, NEVER! Starbucks, in general, has upset me since removing Melon Burst.

Very poor service. A lady in there mistreats customers, and she presses customers to sell unwanted services. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Came in for two coffees-cashier did not understand how my gold card worked-watched as seven workers did various things and passed by me on 10 occasions. Finally one person inquired about my order-10 MINUTES LATER I get my coffee. Barista was not friendly at all. HOW LONG SHOULD IT TAKE TO GET TWO COFFEES? 😡

I come to this Starbucks everyday and sometimes multiple times a day. I went this morning for my coffee and came this afternoon for two cups of water but they would not give them to me without purchasing something with it. That is insane to me and frustrating as I’m a regular customer and I’m pregnant just needing water. I even planned on tipping them for the waters but didn’t get that far. I think that’s pretty sad and I definitely won’t continue to spend my money here at all.

Whoever the blonde girl is working the window this morning, she’s rude. I pull up to the window and she doesn’t even say hi because she’s finishing her convo with her buddy behind her and then starts handing me food before taking my payment.

This store is extremely slow and is always messing up orders.
I now hate the Starbucks! Today is the third time that I've stopped to get something and they don't have it and then I'm stuck in the Drive-Thru line because there's no pull out and there's four cars behind me.... I will not come here again

Not a good Starbucks. Has potential, if there was right management and the right staff. Waited for 18 minutes, and all team members had a bad attitude.

Slowest Starbucks ever! Sat in drive through for 10 min! It's always this way I don't know why I give them another try. My mistake

Every time I come here I ask for light ice and get a cup full of ice 🤦🏻♀️
I usually come here every day. However, for the last few weeks it seems like they're making my requested drink as a standard, and not with my customizations. For example, I ordered a venti 8 pump, no water, chai. I'm pretty sure they used less than half my pumps (very light in color, very bland) and added water. It was gross. Additionally, they're not filling the cups like they used to, there is always like a 1/2 inch from the top. I've included a picture for example (which also seems like it has the standard pumps of chai and not what I asked for). I'm looking forward to when the other planned coffee shops are built in this area because I might have to change it up, or at least go to a different location. For such expensive drinks, you would think you would get what you asked for.
Edit to add, in response: If I asked to have my drink remade every time. It would be an every other day occurrence, which does not seem like a good business practice. If the team members were trained to be cognizant of each drink as they are made, this wouldn't be an issue. Fix the problem, not put a bandaid on it.
