This store does not know how to make drinks. I went there around 6:00 pm yesterday and the manager was rude and unprofessional. He was uncertain on how to make the drink that they promoted. He tried and failed miserably. I had to go to the store on Hamden and tower where I was so impressed with Addie. She is trained properly and has a wonderful personality and definitely knows her stuff unlike the other store.

I’ve been debating on doing this for some time now. It’s not uncommon for my order to be messed up at this specific location. Today I ordered a grande nitro with Vanilla sweet cream cold foam on top… Nitro was right, the cold foam was just… cold foam. Few weeks ago I ordered a white chocolate mocha and it tasted like burnt popcorn. I try to give this location grace as it is busy and decently close to home/highway… I’m just disappointed at this point. Please do better. I hate having to go way out the way to a different location to get quality but it might be a thing now.

WORST STORE EVER DONT GO HERE I stopped going here cause they never made my drink right or taste good. A year or more later I'm like let's just give it another shot.... maybe it would be different... nope got a burnt flat white tasted gross flavorless and disgusting. That's why I stopped going to this specific store cause it's foul and nasty. Literally the worst Starbucks store. Always making drinks half fast and nasty. Now I know to NEVER give this store another shot. I hate wasting my time and money. Should of learned the first few times tried giving them chances after chance and they always prove me right in why I hate this specific store. They suck at their jobs. Save your time and money and go to a different store. You can work as a barista doesn't mean you're good at it though.

I've been ordering the Lavender Matcha, I love this drink but never looks like the picture you advertise.Why is it that you barely put any Lavender?Thats what make the whole drink.So sad with my drunk today. Just should have ordered matcha!!! ?

I ordered a caramel crunch Frappuccino with coconut milk and the gave me a cup of coconut milk blended topped with caramel. The drink they gave me was literally white. I asked them to fix it and they just blended caramel into it with no coffee.

Normally this place is pretty good but I came on Valentine's Day and it seemed nobody wanted to be here. They didn't take the order right They threw the food on the counter without yelling the name, this crew should not be working today....please replace.

Got there at 440, 10 min after they were supposed to open and they had the doors locked and wouldn’t acknowledge that there was someone trying to get in at normal posted business hours. It was weird and felt rude.

I don't go to This location often but they are always so slow! Today I had a crappy experience. I ordered an grande iced white mocha. They didn't read the order back to me. What I received was a tall iced white mocha with absolutely no ice. It was a warm coffee in a iced cup. It was so bad I had to dump it as soon as I got to work. So unfortunate, especially since I spent $8 on a drink.

I love Starbucks. The coffee is usually always on par. The food is left open if you get a mobile order. How hard is it to close to ensure flys don't enter your bag? For how much you pay, that is ridiculous. Ever since the daycare opened next door, the lack of consideration from people trying to get in the parking lot or drive through at Starbucks is inexcusable. The thru way is blocked for daycare parents and employees. This needs addressed. Someone needs to be out there or there needs to be signs saying not to block the thru traffic. Someone is going to get in an accident.
