Ordered a protein drink that was great but the service from Leah was greater! It is nice to come into a place and be treated with such enthusiasm! I observed how she welcomed and took the orders of several customers during my visit, as I read and finished my beverage, and she provided such attention that it looked like she knew everyone personally. This was only my second visit, last coming in May 2025. We moved to Georgia, after living in Aurora for ten years. We have family still here and will be back periodically. It will be in my travel plans to drop in for refreshments.

This location has the best customer service of any Starbucks I’ve ever been to!! Out of the MANY times I’ve been here I think my order was incorrect only once and they fixed it right away for me - it was simply a wrong size. They’re very fast and do an amazing job. And once again I’d love to reiterate that their customer service is superb!!! Even when I’m super tired and haven’t had my coffee yet they have such positive interactions that I’m happy to see them!

I like this location the staff is always so happy they make you feel welcomed and I like that. I’m tired of people complaining that Starbucks cost too much money. You know what my thought is to them then don’t go cause I choose to come here and I will continue.

Tried to use the bathroom at the gas station next door, but thst one was broken. Came here because Starbucks always lets me use the bathroom no matter where I go. (Reaaaally had to go #2...) Wouldn't let me use the bathroom bc I wouldn't buy anything, even tho I clearly wasn't a homeless person.

This was my favorite Starbucks in town but service was awful. The entire staff needs to be retrained on customer service skills and the reason why I say that is because my husband and I were in the drive thru before we ordered I told my husband to ask if the eggnog latte can be iced form. My husband says nicely excuse me ma’am the drive thru worker said yeah in an awful tone. When we got to the window she was just rude the drink was horrible.

I did a DoorDash order here for a simple venti mocha the order showed up on time and in a sealed bag I opened it to find a drink not fully prepared and about a quarter of it missing was very disappointing.

Generally good customer service! I am curious however, I asked at the drive thru today if there was any spent grounds for the garden and the barista told me that they do still do it but I would need to purchase it. Is Starbucks now charging for grounds for the garden?
