Generally good customer service! I am curious however, I asked at the drive thru today if there was any spent grounds for the garden and the barista told me that they do still do it but I would need to purchase it. Is Starbucks now charging for grounds for the garden?

The worst inner Starbucks in the inner city of colorado. Considering they are next to one of the biggest hospitals you would think they would care about their customers service and be somewhat decent but they don't far from it. They are rude and have no customer service from employees to mangers. They'll constantly get your order wrong and be upset they have to fix it. Short your money and won't fix it. Stay away from this specific one its not worth your time or energy, there's a few more Starbucks in the area that will serve you right with no attitude
I got a half full cup because I asked for light ice. When I asked, She said if I had more ice than it would have been full. Terrible customer service.
