Super slow for not being that busy, had high hopes with the hospital next door. Our food was good but our drinks tasted like syrup even after being mixed. They also tried to charge me twice due to the fact I had been waiting for so long.

Store hours are until 9 PM. Walk to the store around 8 PM ish. Lobby doors lock, and staff said it was for their safety and said go through the drive thru. We walked. What about our safety? Wendy's gives lobby hours and drive thru hours. Why not Starbucks? Maybe Wendy's business model is better in this area?

They refused to rinse out the new cup I was purchasing before filling it with coffee. Even though sinks were readily available, the cashier insisted she couldn't do it and told me I'd have to rinse it myself in the bathroom. Is this a dystopian nightmare or just peak absurdity?

Nice, roomy shop with comfy seats. The bloody music is way too loud and all over the place though. Hence 3-stars. Noise canceling headphones aren’t enough to drown it out. And it’s all over the place. Christmas to Elton John to pop to show tunes. Holy obnoxious. I don’t have to love the music but I should be able to tune it out.

I frequent this location pretty much everyday and have been for the last few months. The drive thru service seems to be faster than most Starbucks locations. If you are an avid Starbucks customer like I am, then you know sometimes it can be snail slow getting through the drive thru at most locations. I have also been inside and have studied there and ordered. Service is pretty decent inside as well. I will mention, if it matters to anyone, that sometimes homeless individuals will be inside and sitting, but they do not bother anyone, at least when I have been inside. The employees do not say anything to them but as I said, they are not bothering any of the customers. I still give this location full stars just because the service is great and the baristas are always so welcoming every time I come here. I currently just finished my coffee from there this morning as I am writing this review :)
Parking: Usually plenty of spots open to park. No complaints:)

I loved the coffee, very delicious. But I ordered a vanilla cappuccino with cream and they served me half a full glass and I really didn't like that. But the rest was very good.
