This review is long overdue!

A while back, I had a pretty frustrating experience at this Starbucks location. I was left waiting for about 15 minutes (which honestly felt like 30) while a few baristas (who I believe no longer work there) overlooked helping me. I was ready to walk out disappointed—until Araceli stepped in.

She immediately took charge, handled the situation with professionalism, and made me feel seen and valued. Since then,...

Nice, roomy shop with comfy seats. The bloody music is way too loud and all over the place though. Hence 3-stars. Noise canceling headphones aren’t enough to drown it out. And it’s all over the place. Christmas to Elton John to pop to show tunes. Holy obnoxious. I don’t have to love the music but I should be able to tune it out.
