Employee was rude. Didn't have one of the medium roast coffees advertised or any cold brew. This was at 9:30am on a Saturday. If I had to guess, one of the worst 1% of Starbucks in the country. Get the hotel coffee.

There’s two workers there in the morning that are beyond disrespectful and shouldn’t be working as baristas at all horrible costumer service out of half of the things cause they don’t get stock till someone else goes in and does it for them yet while both of the morning shift people are taking there break together leaving there new hiree alone to come back and complain about how things aren’t right. The worst customer service at this Starbucks location. The woman working the counter was very rude. They were out of many things we tried to order on the menu. It felt like we were an inconvenience to the associates working there and it was only my husband and I ordering.

The young woman working 6/16 and 6/17 morning was BEYOND RUDE. Out of half the things on the menu, tried to argue with me that they aren't even on the menu, refused to tell me any other options. She should not be working customer service. Don't come here unless you want your morning ruined with the actual rudest service for no reason.

As others have said, the people working here are beyond rude. Apparently asking for milk in your coffee must be a real annoyance. I’m really getting done with Starbucks. A plain ice coffee now $4.75.
