I had to wait one time for one drink for over 35 minutes because they had a new person who had no idea how to do anything. Secondly today the lady was incredibly rude and I felt like she should not work in customer service with the attitude she had. There wasn’t even any issues and she had such a nasty attitude you would think she spit in the drinks. I would not recommend this location they are usually very understaffed and the line can be horrendous, as well as you have to always double or triple check if you get any extra items that they gave them to you or even do there job properly like warming up food. It’s Starbucks so technically it’s Starbucks quality but outside of that I would go anywhere else if you are able. Per the review under me there is not always a table free they have 2 tables and no room for standing around the Starbucks counter. I would know as I come here more than 2 times a week and at varying times, they have also closed early and outside of one staff member who is excellent and works long shifts not any other employee here likes there job and it’s obvious. Also watched 3 other people get served before me when I had one coffee and a loaf of bread.

The drinks are the same everywhere obviously, but the employees make this particular location just amazing, today I went through the drive through and they knew me by name without even seeing my face. Super awesome place

Find a franchise store. These are just Gen Zers working at Safeway who get pressed into working the coffee stand. Service is stuck on turtle speed and communication skills are minimal

Very busy and the Batista wasn't in a hurry. We also had to add what she forgot to my drinks. Their hours are very confusing and they are short staffed. I suggest getting your drink/ s early and have patience.

Terrible costumer service. This location closes at 7pm as it says on google map but I got there at 6:20 and the rude girl at the Starbucks told me that she wants to leave and can’t make my order even though the location should not close before 7pm. They need to fire these employees. I don’t care that she has something else to do when she is at her shift. She needs to take care of orders until the closure time.
