Find a franchise store. These are just Gen Zers working at Safeway who get pressed into working the coffee stand. Service is stuck on turtle speed and communication skills are minimal

It's an average Starbucks, except the woman who was working there today. She was incredibly rude. Kara didn't acknowledge me what so ever. She was cleaning something and I couldn't tell if she had even noticed me or not. I accidentally made a loud noise and she must have known I was there then, but she still didn't look up or greet me. I told her my order and I told her I had my own cup. She told me to " pour it yourself". I was shocked. What's the point of having your own reusable cup if they are still going to give you a plastic one to just throw away. She looked incredibly annoyed with me after that. Won't order from here again. It was a bad way to start off my morning.

Very busy and the Batista wasn't in a hurry. We also had to add what she forgot to my drinks. Their hours are very confusing and they are short staffed. I suggest getting your drink/ s early and have patience.

Terrible costumer service. This location closes at 7pm as it says on google map but I got there at 6:20 and the rude girl at the Starbucks told me that she wants to leave and can’t make my order even though the location should not close before 7pm. They need to fire these employees. I don’t care that she has something else to do when she is at her shift. She needs to take care of orders until the closure time.
